In May 2024 we stayed in the Hacienda Na Xamena hotel for two weeks, just the two of us. We really enjoyed the hotel room with the beautiful view. We had a beautiful view from the private bath on the balcony. The personell was very nice, the room was cleaned well every day and a mistake (yoga session reservation had not gone through) was resolved very nicely (free breakfast that morning). We also received beautiful flowers in the room halfway through our stay. We were there before the big crowds (early season) and enjoyed the peace and atmosphere in the hotel. From the hotel we also went on trips to all kinds of places on the island. Walking from the hotel is also beautiful, you can walk quite simply to the high rocks with another beautiful view over the water. It's not possible to descent to the water from the hotel. The breakfast was quite pricey (35 euros per person), but you can choose anything in any amount from the menu and it was very tasteful. We took a yoga class at the hotel, which is definitely recommended. Beautiful view from the yoga platform and a professional and kind teacher. We hope to come back again in the future!

Beautiful Location with an amazing view but highly overrated. The views are special and the sunsets amazing, I would say perfect for instagramers and social media starlets! If you got your picture that’s about it! There is 2 pools but you can actually just use one unless you pay 40€ each to go and use the one with the nicer view! Even as a guest you’re not even allowed to go and take a picture of it if you don’t pay. The pool you can actually use had often bread and food floating in it from the breakfast buffet that was located right next to it! The sunbeds were ok but never 5 star standart! Shocked we were of the bad quality of the Pool Restaurant! The Penne extremely overcooked and just warmed up in a Mikro wave. When complaining I got a fresh one wich was not good at all for 38 Euros. My wife ordered a bursts and got an ordinary Mozzarella also for 36 Euros! Really not cool for a 5 star Hotel! Would give 3 Stars also beachside our rooms were not cleaned and the used coffee cups were still there on day 3. So wanna go for the view it’s amazing but if you wanna have a 5 star experience it’s the wrong hotel!

Dear Guest, Thank you for your stay and visit, and taking the time to share your feedback in our experience. Above all, we would like to apologise if we have not been able to meet your expectations. All our teams work very hard to offer the most sublime experience, but it seems in this occassion we have fallen short, and we apologise. Indeed, our location is faboulous, but we know that it is not everything, and our focus has always been, and is, to sublime this location by integrating it into the architecture of the resort, reason for which you will find plants, rocks and a lot of nature inside and outside the resort. Likewise, our teams have an efficient yet personal approach. Regarding the pools, we offer three pools, two outdoors and one indoor. However, you are making reference to an outdoor Spa experience called the Cascadas Suspendidas, which indeed has a cost of 40 EUR per guest. However, should you book direct quiet often our website offers exclusive offers which include credit in our Spa, and most notably the Cascadas Suspendidas experience. Please note as of now, pictures are not allowed in this treatment area. Indeed, the Cascadas Suspendidas is not a pool, but an outdoor spa experience in which you are guided by bubbles and you follow and pre-determined circuit which offers bubbles from toe to head and three different temperatures. The whole experience lasts 45 minutes and its all about mindful and physical relexation. IT is a unique experience, and you can only find this in our resort. Perhaps our teams did not communicate this clearly, and we apologise for it. Concerning the food, we apologise for the inconvenience we may have caused for not been able to meet your expectations. Our teams take your feedback into account and we will use it to improve. We offer three restaurante experiences including all day food by the pool in our pool bar and restaurant, nimbles tapas througout the terrace and then of course our amazing Eden Restaurant which offer a gastronomic dinning experience. Only the Eden Restaurant is open for external guests. Conerncing the breakfast indeed it is located next to our pool and little cascade, which is a vibe... but we understand sometimes some little foodies might fall into the pool, and we take care of this by immediately cleaning the pool - also note all our pools are cleaning every morning and evening, at around 6/7 am. All in all, we once more apologise. We want to reassure you that we do strive to offer the most faboulous and magical moments to our guests, and we hope you could give us a second chance sometime in the future. Our guests have been returning to our resort since 1971, and we have one of Spain highest repeat guests percentage, around 70%, sometime in their lifetime, which clearly shows that we are able to accomodate all our guests whishes and offer incredible experiences. - limited food menu during the day - worn out style and too much patch work in our room. (Rusty mirror, many repair stains on the floor) - 20 year old bathroom. Shower water pressure very (too) limited
- - - and this is really irritating. Every order comes with a bill with explicit mention for a tip. American style. When you check out, they “suggest” another 5% service charge. We are in Europe, you pay your employees decently and you add it to your price but you don’t force exiting customer to pay another fee on top of what you already paid and tipped.
All in all. This is a beautiful place but it lacks proper customer experience management. And with the room rack rates in mind, the finishings of both the hall way and the rooms are not on par.

Good morning dear readers, my name is Walter Russo, I booked a stay in an imperial suite with my family from 1 to 7 August 2024 at the property in question.
I'll start by saying that the view of this place is worth a lot, but that's all it is! Upon arrival I was offered a miserable bottle of sparkling wine for around €10 and it was the only thing that was offered for the entire period of the stay, in 5 star hotels that charge it works that every a fruit basket is left in the room every day and that's the minimum! The house keeping service is completely inadequate, the rooms are superficially tidied up leaving empty bottles and things around in addition to the ants wandering around in the room. The rooms are only managed in the morning, nothing in the evening! This isn't how it works in 5-star hotels around the world!
In this hotel, anyone who books an imperial suite is not entitled to breakfast included in the price!!!
This morning I was going to have breakfast for the first time and to my great amazement the young lady showed me this fantastic and surprising solution, it costs €35 per person! It was worth it! A meager table with some cold cuts and some yogurt, with two jugs of water and a fruit juice respectively were welcome! Everything else had to be paid separately.

EXTREME DISSATISFACTION with my recent experience at this establishment. Despite my anticipation for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, my visit was marred by several significant issues. Upon entering the hotel and the room, I was immediately met with a strong smell of mold, which seemed to have been unsuccessfully masked by the overpowering scent of incense. The overall quality of the room was subpar, and the presence of mold was not only unpleasant but also potentially hazardous to one's health. Furthermore, the condition of the bathtub was unacceptable. The yellowed jets indicated a lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel the purported standards. And a small Tv on the floor when i previously announced my visit with a dog? To make matters worse, despite my decision to not stay at the hotel due to the unsatisfactory conditions, I was informed that the hotel would still be keeping 50% of the cost of my reservation, citing “supposed rules”. This policy is not only unjust but also demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and fair business practices. As a result of these unsatisfactory conditions, I believe that a full refund of my accommodation charges is warranted. As a paying customer, I expected a certain level of quality and service, which was clearly not met during my time at this establishment. Overall, my visit at Hacienda Na Xamena was a major disappointment. The hotel falls far short of the standards expected from a 5-star establishment. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements. Until then, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a true luxury experience!!!

The views are stunning and the placement of the hotel is magical. The restaurant is a must. Views are breathtaking. The food was delicious and the waiter was super attentive and professional. On another note, The hotel itself needs some refurbishment. The rooms are not very silent during the morning, you can hear people ( cleaning ladies) talk in the corridors. Staff is nice but I think they could be more profesional since we are talking about a 5 star hotel. I ordered some room service and no one came to bring it to me, which was pretty shocking- I had to ask the cleaning ladies to bring it to me. The glass on the roof terrace could be cleaned more often, during our stay it was dirty. Breakfast a bit overpriced. Overall, a great stay.

The resort celebrates this year its 50th anniversary and although we refurbish every winter season, we do keep your feedback into account t further improve. Our yearly investments go to keep up with the latest comfort and luxury, but always maintaining our spirit which makes us unique, this is essential in our value proposition. In regard to your comment on room service we will use it to further ameliorate, and we do apologise if there was a mis-understanding. Breakfast is for the last two years "a la carte" for your safety and security. Indeed, our buffet last opened in 2019. We do work with our chef and restaurant team to offer the best variety and on top of that you can always ask for tailored foods, we are at your disposal, it’s what luxury is about. Lastly, although we do clean the glass daily Ibiza gets every so often some muddy rain which makes the glasses in the terraces and balconies look dirty very fast when in fact been cleaned less than 24 hours ago. Having said that, the rest is normal. The room is very simple and neglected in cleanliness. There is a lack of amenities for a hotel of its supposed category and price. The breakfast service is very bad. Slowly, and clumsily executed, they “threw” the coffee into our cup and everything was lost. The quality of the food was mediocre, especially the tortillas which were horrible. The attention at reception was very dry, unfriendly, transactional I would say.
What we liked least was the atmosphere, although I imagine that in all hotels of this price in Ibiza it must be similar. It is full of retreaded “millionites” showing off their surgical repairs without any shame.
Anyway, a shame because the landscape is fantastic.

Very beautiful place, quiet, where it is good to rest, take care of yourself, far from the noise and the party. My room was very beautiful, large with a magnificent view of the sea. The breakfast served at the table by the outdoor swimming pool when the weather permits is very varied. The whole team is very welcoming, helpful and smiling. The restaurant located a little higher up is also very good. And the cherry on the cake, the spa is very pleasant, whether for a treatment or for a trip in the suspended waterfalls. I really liked the decoration, the aspect of nature present in this place, and its swimming pools as well. My first stay in this place but certainly not the last. THANKS

We were so looking forward to our spa day experiance at Xamena and booked a pacakge which was 200€ per person including the pool circuit and massage with pica pica. The pool circet experiance was lovely and the massage treatment was very good.
What we were both disaponted by was the ater experience in the Eden restaurant. We where walked through to the restaurant after the treament, where we were actually the only people there.
The waited finally came and showed us the drinks menu and we ordered a cocktail each and water.
The pica pica was serve to us with no explination given. Having a shell fish allergiy two of the 4 tapas I was unable to eat. We wanted to order more food and was told the kitchen was not open until 19.00h (wired as we are in a 5 star hotel)
We asked if we could move down to the pool area to order food there and buy a bottle of bubble to enjoy the rest of the afternoon, We where told a clear no! That this area was only for hotel residence.
As I myself work in hospitality I can understand this however we wanted to spend more money on the premisses on drinks, as well as being able to actually eat something and enjoy the beautiful venue and eventually see the stunning sunset they boast about online,
Then after paitcently waiting for the kitchen to open, we where told at 18:30 that we needed to leava as the restaurant was opening at 19:00h for dinners. So with this we decided not to stay for dinner and leave thirsty and hungry.
The way we were spoken to and almost dismissed after the spa package was a little brutal and left us felling very disapointed with the after service. Not what you expect from a 5 star resort who claim to have such great service.

We stayed at Hacienda Na Xamena for three nights in September 2020 and were so sad to leave this wonderful hotel! The location is spectacular as others have said and the rooms are beautifully appointed with incredible views. Having stayed at the hotel we are so surprised to read some of the negative reviews regarding the level of service - we found all of the staff to be incredibly attentive, polite and on hand for anything we needed. Cassandra (Guest Relations) in particular is fantastic and made our stay a dream by recommending/booking restaurants for us throughout - thank you! Yes, it’s expensive, but if you’re looking for luxury and total relaxation in Ibiza you’ll be hard pressed to find a better option than Hacienda Na Xamena.
