Came here in June this year. My nan lives nearby so we stayed here for a week self catering. Pools and waterpark lovely, kids loved them an the friendly lifeguard who chatted to them daily and built their confidence. Room was spacious although bathroom was far too small and cramped for a family of 4. No shower just a head...

We stayed 7 days and found the hotel clean and having a good standard compared to other Greek hotels. The pool areas are well kept and in good condition. The staff are very friendly and provide good service. I recommend having a rental car for trips in western part of Crete.

We stayed as a family for two weeks and enjoyed it very much. Generally speaking, this hotell is great value for your money. The pros are: beautiful grounds and pool areas, everything kept very clean and beautiful. The cleaning staff in the rooms works tirelessly from morning till night, always friendly and smiling. Or room was ground floor, very spacious,...

So, we split our holiday between here and the Louis creta princess.... Because we couldn't choose. I am glad we did because there was pros and cons at both places. Also, theres no point in paying all inclusive at the Louis if your going to go out and explore in the car.!!!! Balos is amazing and so doable by car...leave...

The waterland was great for our Children, 6 and 9 years old. the apartment was good, but the bathroom was very small. It was difficult to take a shower. The pools are great especially the kids pool that is fantastic with many different slides and activities!Hotel staff really nice but the owners were strange and rude!there is no point...

We visit Kastalia regularly, and have done so since 1987. There have been many changes over the years, good ones, but one thing that has never changed is the value for money. The Markoulakis family run a very pleasant, well looked after and clean group of apartments set around several spotless swimming pools. All tastes are catered for, families, couples...

This was an ideal sized apartment block with a good buzz around the pool but never too busy or loud. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and tidy and the pool areas excellent. The gym needs air conditioning. Great value for money overall. Would love to return.
