We stayed at the Bella Vista hotel last week for 10 days, the staff were really friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was beautiful, set in a lovely quiet location, near to the town and harbour. A good variety of food for breakfast, the rooms were cleaned every day. We would recommend it, we really enjoyed our stay and we be going back. David & Debbie UK
Excellent hotel, very clean and tidy, people are very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble.Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice everyday. Would recommend this hotel for quiet relaxing holiday.
Very friendly staff. They really pay attention to you! 0-24 reception The breakfast was very good and like the pictures we saw on the website. There were fresh eggs, mini sausages, bread, tomato and cucumber, greek yoghurt, fruits, homemade sweet and salty pies and lots of sweets (everyday different ones) In overall we felt like in a 5* hotel as everytime we had any question or request, we got an answers and what we needed. The attention and support given by reception and by staff was amazing. Worth the price!
This is a small, friendly hotel with some guests (including ourselves) accommodated in a separate studio building very close by. Our room was air conditioned, spotlessly clean, serviced every day and had everything you might need. It was basic, without frills. The highlight of each day was the breakfast. A choice of bread, jam, cheese, ham, boiled eggs, Greek yoghurt, cereal and fresh fruit were always available, but also a selection of savoury treats that varied day by day. Roast vegetables, rice, baby sausages, scrambled or fried eggs, spinach pie, cheese pie. And to follow, a changing selection of orange, lemon or chocolate cake, sometimes baclava or a cake we hadn’t met before that was described to us as “milk cake”. Serving the breakfast were the happiest, friendliest staff, always on hand to top up our coffees or provide tea for guests who wanted it. Several of the staff were interns studying hotel management in Northern Europe and spoke several languages .. not only Greek and English, but some spoke German and Italian too. So don’t expect a “full English”, but the Greek equivalent is just as good .. actually, whisper it quietly, it’s better.…
This small boutique hotel is fabulous. Why? Well I haven’t finished my stay yet and I am writing a review such is the level of customer service we have experienced - five star never mind two! Shout outs to Maria, Phillip and George for making our stay so memorable. Linen changed every day; a delightful (daily changing) buffet offerings; quiet but central location, spotless throughout with the all important air conditioning. All at a steal of a price. Comfortable waterfront beach amenities are directly across the street.
Really friendly staff with great service that even included a cold towel on arrival to cool us down! It was a big extremely clean room that was just perfect for us after walking part of the Corfu Trail . Good breakfast in the morning too. Would definitely recommend.
Building no.3 a few steps up from main reception. Very friendly upon check-in+brought me a glass of ice cold water. Booked a single room but luckily got a triple room with kitchen+balcony! The balcony just looked onto an abandoned building in front but I could see the sea to my left. A pair of curtains would be a good addition as so much light comes in through the shutter doors. Very clean room with daily cleaners. Very nice buffet breakfast with table service for the teas+coffees(protein balls were delicious). As I had a late flight, they allowed me a free extended late check -out to 12:30pm on my last day. There is also an option to pay if you wish for a few hours longer. I stayed here as a solo traveller, absolutely safe. Excellent wifi. As a parting gift, they give a hotel branded face towel & magnet of the hotel, what a wonderful touch. If you have to wait around for a few hours after check out, they allow you to use seperate showers they have downstairs after. All of these little touches will make me come back definitely. The Hotel is located about 10 steps from the main street in Benitses, up a side street. 1 minute walk to small beach. Would definitely recommend a stay here.…
The hotel is very near the beach. Staff are the best and will really miss them. the breakfast is great . Everythig is extremely clean. A special thank you to Catarina, Marco, Filipe, Giorgia, Maria Teresa, Cecilia, Johanna and Natasha
Second time in Bella Vista Benitses and had again an excellent experience. All staff were helpful, super polite and fluent in many languages. The hotel rooms were extremely clean and bed sheets and towels changed daily. The breakfast ambiance was very special and you had the chance to taste different freshly baked pies and cakes daily. The hotel is very close to the beach and easily accessible for people without cars. The area is full of restaurants and services for tourists. Free public parking available in hotel vicinity.
Excellent setting and views. Absolutely great hospitality by all family membership running the place. Traditional Greek food, but they cock it very well indeed. Super value for money. Surely the best Greek restaurant in town.
