Detailed Reviews
Everything from the reception to room was amazing, the staff was very attentive as my wife is disabled and well cared for by the staff. Rooms were very clean, bed were super comfy. AC was working very well. carpark is a good size and was quiet at night time. Cleaning staff was amazing and cleaned and replenished our room daily at a very high quality as we stayed for 4 nights as our 4 monthly break, we have stayed at Premier inns every year at least 3 times a year and this is by far one of the best.

Small premier inn, lovely friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, everything I needed was there on arrival. Ample car parking. Wonderful lake to walk round. On site pub and restaurant, with buffet style breakfast. All regularly replenished.
Highly recommend a stay here!

We were attending a family wedding at Fairyhill Gower on the Sunday and was originally driving up on the morning of the wedding but decided let’s to travel up the night before so opted to stay in this Premier inn as it was only a short drive away and the location sounded beautiful. Nice warm welcome at reception, asked if we wanted to book a table in the restaurant which we took up. Fabulous room, spotless and view to fields from window. Lovely meal and the view over the lake was amazing. As we were leaving the receptionist commented on my wedding outfit and said how lovely I looked, it was a lovely start to a perfect day.

What a find. Lovely little hotel set in some lovely surroundings. Staff are so lovely and friendly, a real home from home. The hotel is spotless throughout. The showers are hot and powerful and the bed is so comfortable we didn't want to wake up. We will be back for sure.

Mh husband and I recently stayed overnight here due to coming down to sort our caravan out to go dealers for repairs, as we live in Hereford we thought come and have a nice relaxed stay rather than rushing to go home. It was freezing temperatures the time we came. We were greeted with a lovely friendly lady called Sarah on reception who gave us our key and gave us info on hotel, restaurant etc, we are familiar with it anyhow as area is second home to us! We paid her for breakfasts the following day as we're meeting friends for tea so didn't have meal deal which we normally do but had a cheaper saver price before 6pm for tea! We got up to our room very clean and tidy apart from huge cobweb over bed!!!! My hubby thought it was cold in there so went to put heating on at wall that controls both aircon and heat so we are familiar with this having stayed in premier inns before. It kept going off as he did it, so several attempts later he went down to Sarah who put something on computer, came back up, same thing again, by now we'd wasted 45 mins and needed shower and change befire meeting our friends, he went back down to be told she'd have to speak to manager. He had shower and changed and as I was in shower, Sarah came up to say that hotel was full but she could move us to another room, which was accessible one only one left! We repacked and went down to move but I took one look and saud to.my hubby I couldn't stay in it, it was like an old person's hospital room !! So I saud we will keep our old room! I asked if they had a heater we could use she saud they didn't. Off we went to meet our friends, and were late! Arrived back hour or so later to a warm room! Sarah had got us an oil filled rad and put it on! Wecwere very gratefully, my hubby went to thank her to which she refunded our breakfasts for next day too which we found very good! We had a hassle on arrival so didn't end up too relaxing but this made up for it and wecwere very grateful. We slept well and had a lovely breakfast next morning, thank you Sarah and premier inn!!

The room and bed were very comfortable and the tea facility was welcoming after a long drive. The staff were friendly and very helpful... However if you're looking for a good night's sleep then take earplugs... The noise from fellow guests didnt stop until 3.30am..not the hotels fault but the floors were very creaky and sound came through the doors. The signs up to tiptoe weren't being read!! Next time I'll go prepared.

Arrived at premier Inn, first family room offered stank of smoke. With my partner pregnant this was a major issue.
We complained to lady at reception, who initially told us there's no other rooms available. After she went away for 5 mins she returned to offer us a new room, which smelt much better, complimentary breakfast. Thank the worker very mu h for her efforts, which enabled us to have a relaxing night.
Lady name was M Lewis. Very friendly staff

This is my second visit to this lovely little hotel. Myself and my wife love staying here, especially when we are down visiting grandchildren.
Rooms are spotless, can't fault anything. The housekeepers Lowri and Elouise made us feel welcome, I had a slight accident and spilt a drink on the bedding and the girls responded immediately by changing my our bedding. Nothing was too much trouble.
Jayne on reception was very helpful when we needed directions to a place we were visiting, and got us a map to follow. Caroline the manager was very friendly and her leadership clearly shows with the staff.
We will be back down visiting in the summer.

As an alternative to our usual hotel in llanelli we decided to stay across the new year, have to say the location was good, the hotel very clean and could smell the bleach both in our room and the corridor…. Which is a plus in our book, the staff were excellent always had a kind word and happy, the rooms well appointed although could do with windows that open for a touch of fresh air occasionally.
We purchased breakfast at the pub next door, the brewers fayre, which was very good both as a buffet and when the kitchen was on limited staff on New Year’s Day on short order. The only downside was it had no plans to remain open on New Year’s Eve beyond 22:30 but as it was more a restaurant rather than a pub it was to be expected.
As for the premier inn I will definitely be stopping again thank you

We booked this Premiere inn as an extra night to our Tenby Holiday due to The Queen's funeral.
We were greeted very warmly by a lovely lady who had time to chat, making us feel very welcomed. She booked us an evening meal and breakfast at the Brewers Fayre next door (which was equally as welcoming and offering tasty food). The room was very comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is perfectly situated to have quiet surroundings and a relaxing walk around the lake, situated behind the complex. We heartily recommend this hotel for a relaxing break.

dont know where fairy hill is but there are loads of taxis about local ones
Sorry- no idea!
I think the bar closes around 11 pm.
There is a pub attached where children are welcome.
