Very large comfortable rooms with a few of the water. A quiet place just out of town. Lovely breakfast with the water view. Pleasant hosts. Good value, good wifi. Highly recommended . A typical farmhouse, not luxurious but a nice feel.

Lovely breakfast that catered for us being vegetarians, and friendly hosts who were attentive but gave you space to do your own thing. The location is amazing-the views are incredible and make this b and b a real standout. Comfortable beds, good size room-nothing bad to say about it.

As B&Bs go this one is pretty good. The property itself lacks a bit in aesthetics but it is cheap, clean pleasant. I had the single room which was very bijou but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and I especially liked the "Disco shower"! Mrs Sims was a good host, quiet and unobtrusive, appearing with large cooked breakfasts...

In the countryside 10min north of Oban, the location allows easy access to Oban and Glencoe. It is relaxing and away from the towns hustle and bustle with fantastic views of the loch. We stayed 3 nights, slept like babies and were fed to the brim with a fantastic breakfast. The rooms were immaculate, Irene and Fred were very welcoming....

Very nice place, well organized. The room was very comfortable with view on the sea (common bathroom and WC, always clean). The common part is large with a veranda. You will be able to observe a lot of birds.

Just back for a couple of nights stay at the Farm. Very clean and comfortable in a lovely spot. Hospitality was excellent and the breakfasts were very good, my husband failed to finish his cooked breakfast on both days as very generous!

We have stayed at the Farm several times with our dog and always find the place spotlessly clean and with a friendly welcoming atmosphere. The breakfasts are good but the view is sublime, right out over the Loch at breakfast is hard to beat.

If you want to explore Oban and the surrounding area but be in the peace and quiet of the countryside then this is for you. It is perfectly situated over the Connel Bridge on the shores of Loch Creran. The hosts are welcoming and the breakfast was fantastic. Room was spacious and very comfortable with the letting rooms having their...

We stayed here for a few nights last week and it was a blissful experience. Irene, the owner, is so sweet and friendly and made us feel right at home and comfortable. Our rooms were clean and big and the views were stunning! Breakfast was delicious on the cozy back porch overlooking the waters. We'll be back!

We spent one night here en route to Oban, and it was fantastic. It was the perfect resting place with a great view and a great lounge area. Our room (twin ensuite) was spacious, the bathroom (including the shower) was clean and modern, and the breakfast was the best we had at a B&B in Scotland.

Thank E S
