Lovely time at the Loch Melfort Hotel, only stayed for one night but would have stayed longer. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, room was very comfortable and warm. All rooms have amazing view, we were upstairs and loved having the balcony despite the colder weather. Dinner was excellent, and sitting in the restaurant and lounge was calm...

Second visit to this lovely hotel. The setting is beautiful, the food fresh, well prepared and presented but the friendly and professional attitude of all staff made our stay so enjoyable. Great selection of gin also a bonus. We will be back..

The rooms are tastefully decorated and even at this cold time of the year are extremely warm due to the great central heating system The scenery on the coastal road to the hotel is beautiful and on its doorstep is the National Trust Arduaine Gardens also worthy of a visit whether a member of the national trust or not The...

Hotel was fine but the view over the loch was fantastic. The Hotel is close to the water with highland cattle grazing in front. The lounges are a great place to enjoy the local whisky. We are a mature couple and were joined by like friends - we all enjoyed investigating the surrounding area, including the "bridge over the Atlantic"....

We stayed here on Friday 28th October with a deal for £99. The view from the room in the cedar wing was lovely. A really nice touch was a letter to our dog, some treats and a towel too. We had a great meal in the Bistro and enjoyed some wine too. Good service and really lovely food. Great portion...

We are really impressed by the energy and professionalism of this couple. Their commitment to the area adds value to all they do across a wide variety of activities in the Hotel and via several other organisations. We look...

We had the wonderful experience of being upgraded to the master room in the main building . Spacious and with a balcony affording wonderful views - not least as the sun was setting . Stayed two nights and had beautiful food in the main dining room . Service very good

Stayed on a Friday night for one night on a very good value Groupon deal with dinner and breakfast. Had our small dog with us. Checked in and met by friendly reception staff. Allocated a ground floor room in Cedar Wing which had outstanding views and chickens roaming around on the grass outside… which my dog wasn’t so daft on...

Stayed here on a Monday night with my other half, both of us in our early 30's. When we arrived the girl who checked us in was lovely, very friendly and informative and showed us to our room and explained our surroundings. We went into near by Oban for some dinner and came home approx 8pm, to spend the next...

stayed for one night in the cedar wing. As other people have already stated when you arrive, this part of the hotel does feel and look like a motel. We were on the upper floor and the room although furnishing were a bit tired and lacking the wow factor was big, and the Windows were ceiling to floor taking in...
