Stayed for one night. Clean and comfortable. No noise from the pub, although it was a Monday! Staff were happy with our request for breakfast at an earlier time than their usual slot and the fresh strawberries were a great start to the day!

Found this little pub whilst travelling home to Wales, popped in for some traditional Sunday food. I cannot fault the Sunday lunch that I and my partner ordered. The portion size was spot on and the food extremely tasty. The pub was cosy and warm with the open fire. I would fully recommend the roast Sunday lunch :-)

I stayed here back in August and I've got to say it was a really lovely hotel. The room was spacious and clean. There were even chocolates on my pillow which I thought was lovely. The staff were really warm and welcoming, I even had one of the locals help me with my things to my room. Food was yummy...

This is an old pub, lovely bedrooms comfy bed, Food very good, breakfasts are great. The main part of the pub is a typical locals pub , but that in no way takes away the atmosphere and the charm of the place. We were in room 1 a spacious room with nice views.

Went as part of a large group- the smallest portion of meat I've ever seen, 2 small bowls of sides between six, 4 tiny roast potatoes each, until we asked for more. Could greatly improve. Not the worst- just increase the portions!!! £8 for one, £15- if sooner pay a but more if it meant more food!

We stayed here for one night which was a Saturday night. The welcome was warm and friendly. The pub itself was what you would expect from a village pub. Good pub food, a roaring log fire, and lots of friendly people. The room was well equipped with hairdryer, kettle, tea and coffee, hot chocolate and even some nice biscuits. Nice...

A very cheap hotel, we were hoping the reviews lived up to themselves for such a value deal. They did not. Check in was appalling - the attitude of the woman who I believed to be the Manager was simply dreadful. Booked through Expedia including breakfast, however she was adamant we had not, yet rather than being warm and offering...

A charming pub with lots of interesting features with a huge fire place and comfy chairs. A family run pub who had old fashioned entertainment on Sunday evening with "Hoy" and card bingo which was very popular with locals and guests alike. They made us feel very welcome. The walled garden is relaxing to enjoy a drink or two. The...

Very friendly people including the locals. The room was nice & spacious with good views of the countryside. We had dinner which was good value for money & very good. We are not breakfast people so cannot comment on that. Only thing missing was shower gel. Would stay again when in that area.
