It was a great experience, the hotel is beyond beautiful and it’s safe to say that it’s one of the best hotel in chail. What enhances the experience, is the warmth of the staff who go out of the way to make your stay great. Glad to had a such a fantastic meals there. Hotel staff is very kind and friendly. Very delighted experience by Sharma Girish, Deepak, Sohan and Manoj. Definitely we will back soon.

Great Location on the Kandaghaat to Chail road, it is a boutique property with amazing views. Room was very comfy and bathroom was very bog. We took the family room which had balcony and a separate sit out area. The staff was wonderful Mr. Kamal, Mr. Manoj, Mr. Girish all were very helpful and polite. Service was quick and food was simply Fantastic. full marks. My family had an amazing time in this beautiful resort.....the snowfall made it heaven and added bonus for us. There is nothing much to do in Chail, so go and have a nice family time or simply "Me" time away from city madness.

Our stay at Maple resort chail was wonderful. Not only was the room really spacious, but the view was spectacular. Our pet also quite enjoyed the extra balcony space the room had. The staff was courteous and was the food was just excellent! Would love to visit again

This stay was our first trip post unlock. With 30 beautifully designed rooms, Maple resort by Aamod offers tranquility amid the surrounding wilderness of lush forest. Every room offers magnificent view of the hills. The resort also has indoor activity room, open air as well as indoor restaurant, gym, manicured gardens and terrace decks. The food menu does not have a large variety but whatever they cook is delicious. Their service is excellence at par. We had no complaints whatsoever. The staff wore mask all the time and every room had hand sanitizers. The floors also had social distance marks. We loved our stay in this gorgeous resort.

Hotel is very good , rooms are spacious well maintained and fully carpeted which was plus point for me cuz i visited in January. They upgraded my room upon reaching and it had everything to make u feel cozy in winters . It was fully carpeted with a tower heater already present and a modern bathroom with all amenities as usual. I had a valley view room with balcony which was amazing . Food is very good and service is also good even in winters.I loved the way hotel is made cuz i used a lot of stairs to reach my room which is equally as good as doing excercise. Parking is very small & bit disappointing but i was in off season so i had no problem. Everything is perfect in the hotel except one thing that i had an early checkout at 7am and i did the billing a night prior but in morning there was no one to call for luggage or even for anything. Hotel front desk , room service was unavailable at 7am and no one was present at front desk . Even the main gate was opened . Anyone can make a theft at that time or even make a checkout without paying dues. I left my room open with all lights on so they can know that i checked out myself & no one was present when i left the hotel at 7 am . The authorities must do something about this.…
