We booked this weekend break through the Woucher deal, to help with the winter blues. It certainly worked. The hotel was busy with other guest also enjoying this deal plus a wedding which did not impact at all on the service. The check in was quick and efficient. The standard room was very pleasant and the bed was king size....

My partner & I went to Cranage Hall as part of a Wowcher deal & what a deal it proved to be. The hotel is a large complex but that did not deminise our stay. We spent 2 nights over the weekend at Cranage Hall to attend a friend's birthday lunch. From arrival to departure it was a pleasurable experience.A nice change to have smiling faces from everyone and nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was a decent size, comfortable bed and good heating. bathroom looked very new and modern.Plenty of hot water...

Stayed over a weekend. Hotel is 5 minutes from J18 M6, so easy to find. Friendly Reception on arrival. Nice to see a Smiley Face after the drive. Hotel room was a reasonable size and had, we think, a new KS bed. It was SO soft and comfy!!! Very clean bathroom etc. Good Housekeeping. No noise from anywhere. Very quiet....

Stayed here on a wowcher deal with a friend, after arriving later than we anticipated we were made welcome by the receptionist who was very helpful . Our room was a good size with very comfy beds. Good lovely , breakfast very nice , we also used the gym and sauna etc which we enjoyed, it's a very grand hotel...

I visit here quite frequently on business and it is such a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are always friendly - nothing is too much.
