The hotel itself is amazing. The spa the restaurants the lounges the rooms, the service is all 5 star quality. It's very pretty during Christmas time because the have a huge tree with lights and they do a water show twice nightly. The have events like pictures with Santa and an ice playground for the kids. It has a great...

Awesome resort and convention center. This hotel has all the amenities with a 19 story atrium that is almost always busy. A destination hotel for certain and made for families of all ages. Attended a convention as an exhibitor, and it is very easy to navigate the property that is all connected. Additionally, there are all sorts of shops, restaurants,...

First of all, this really IS a nice place. The atrium always seems to have something going on. From summertime July 4th displays to the awe-inspiring Christmas displays in the winter. The lighted tapestries hanging from the ceiling and the snowfall down the boulevard are very nice touches. That said, it costs an arm and a leg to stay here...

Fun place with the magical, incredulous ice exhibit that defies all reality of what humans can do with their hands and minds, especially the fantastic full size creche scene. But here's the clincher--remember sleeping on the pilly sheets of someone that wants to save everything and throw out nothing for whatever reason--child of the depression era, thrifty, or just plain scrooge McDuck tight?...

I went to see ICE! at the Gaylord with 2 friends from South America last week. We all loved it and spent about 45 minutes inside. The sculptures are impressive. They are connected by igloo-like pathways, awesome to walk through. The cold didn't bother us at all but we did have on coats, scarves, mittens and hats in addition to...

Nothing really special about the room, however within the hotel, there are a lot of things to do. The Christmas Decorations within the resort are very nice. Every employee I encountered...

We had an evening check in with no line & we were quickly on our way to the room. It was a few doors from the elevator & this turned out not to be a noise issue this week. Our beds were in big wooden frames & resulted in a few bruised shins during our stay. The vanity area was...

The facility was beautiful with amazing views of the Potomac River. My room was nothing special but was roomy and clean. Double sink vanity and great shower. Rooms were decorated tastefully. Meals and beverages were a bit pricey but tasted good. Checking in and out were an ease. Service was excellent and friendly.
