What a perfect place to stay when visiting Rotorua. The best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Curley made us feel totally at home and his breakfasts were superb. Such a spacious home and he made us feel very welcome.

We and our friends stayed here for 3 nights. Curly was the best host we've ever had. He gave us the run of his wonderful place and use of his washing machine and dryer. We had the most delicious breakfasts - I had his eggs Benedict with smoked salmon every day as it was the best I've ever tasted. There was lots of choice and plenty of food. You could help yourself to a quality pod coffee or a cup of tea and sit in the vast living room overlooking Lake Rotorua. There was also outside seating and a pool table should you wish for a game. We were all sad we weren't staying longer and I'd highly recommend it to anyone stopping in the area - you won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: Doesn't really matter which room as there are plenty of places to sit and look out at the lake.

With Curly as a genial host, Flemington Lake View is the perfect base from which to explore the natural geothermal wonders that Rotorua and it's environs has to offer. Large, comfortable rooms with spacious common area in which to enjoy a hearty breakfast, it's a launch pad for a day's exploring or a restorative haven after the joys of the day. Recommended Eat Streat as a Rotorua location for good value food. Iain Woods and Sherri Dewsbery

Off the Highway is this Top rated estate to be found. Spacious interior in all rooms, your host Curly does everything to make your stay one of those you will always remember. After having a nice sleep you are delighted to get your freshly prepared breakfast how you ordered it the nicht before. Ask him about what you can do and what you prefer. He has the answer. Thank you!
