Chateau d'Artigny was a unique experience as we felt the classical feel of a different era. The staff was fantastic and the setting was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend staying if you want a central location for seeing the local Chateaus or wine tasting and want a unique perspective of getting to stay in something similar to what you're looking...

We had a fantastic time at the Chateau d'Artigny! The Chateau was beautiful, the staff very kind and helpful, and the spa was great too. It was a bit on the pricey side but definitely worth it! We had a car so were able to easily hop over to the other Castles to visit such as Chambord and Chenonceau.

Lovely Chateau hotel in a great setting. Not many people staying here off season and a bit soulless as a result. We came here for a couple of nights for a relaxing stay and for that, it fitted the bill. The restaurant for dinner and the bar are both great as is the food and service. But the breakfast was...

Beautiful place to stay for a romantic weekend away in the Loire Valley. Beautiful old world rooms, comfortable bed and peaceful night sleep. Delicious food, breakfast could be better as the hot food was a little cold. Also, the chateau is in a great position to access all other chateaus and wineries. Would highly recommend people to stay here.

When we arrived the venue was nearing the end of hosting a 3-day auction event. The hotel staff must have been dead tired, but for us were unfailingly attentive and hospitable. Our upper floor guestroom was comfortable, with a great view over the main entrance area. Dinner (served in a secondary dining space) was good though the service was overly...

Excellent stay overall, as it was easy to get to from the chateaux and wineries we stopped at on the way from Paris. Look forward to returning for longer in the future as the dinner at D'Artigny was not to be missed and definitely worth a repeat!

Breath taking hotel - the structure is stunning and in a beautiful location. As Club Privilege members we had a room upgrade and free champagne on arrival. Our room was very well equipped - it even had a stocked mini-bar - a rare sight these days. Food of course was to die for. Heartily recommend to anyone

Beautiful building and good public rooms but the bedroom was very much in need of upgrading. It was certainly not a "Grande étape ". Very cold. Radiators not working, portable electric heater placed in bathroom. Windows draughty from lack of sealant around the panes. Had to move the heater to the bedroom! Restaurant was enlivened by a very good head...

Feeling the need to live like the artistocrats of old? Want to imagine you have an entire chateau to yourself as a private residence? You can do it here. I loved the classic feel of the hotel from the fabric covered walls, to the inside-outside doorways, to the marble staircase. It was wonderful. They have so many surprises around each...

This large chateau sits high overlooking the valley and the town of Montbazon. The main level of the Château is elegant. The floor of the huge lobby is marble. Also on the main level is a breakfast room, formal dining room, and library/bar. I found the decor beautiful and in shades of green that was relaxing. The grand staircase is...
