We recently spent a few days at Hotel Casale with our friends and family as part of our wedding. We booked a suite and were really happy with it. Very classy, spacious and clean with great views of the hills from the balcony. The bathroom was huge, with both a hydro massage bath and shower. We had loads of fun with with our little son and our friends by the swimming pool. Towels were provided, but swimming caps are required (I was okay with it, but it was a weird thing for our friends coming from abroad). Service was great, as well as the food and wine. We had some really nice dinners in the hotel grounds, where the atmosphere is great, just as much as the views. In summary, we had lots of fun, great food and drinks and our friends were very impressed with the hotel, the service and the area.

Stayed one night. It looks like a nice place from the outside, however the rooms are another story. Ours was small and very dimly lit, with night lights that were essentially useless. Very dated decor. There was space for only one suitcase (in a double room!). Only two available power jacks in the room, placed side by side behind the TV. Light switches difficult to operate. AC very difficult to adjust. Bed linen had holes - see picture. One thin pillow each, and only one extra pillow for the room. Tiny shower cabin with minimal shelf space. Water pressure was good. Wifi worked well. Breakfast with decent selection. Guests were taking dogs (clearly not service animals) into the breakfast room. In the common areas there are too many steps without ramps, difficult to navigate with luggage.

Charming hotel on a hill with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and small indoor pool. Includes a Spa, tennis court and gym. I Always stay in this hotel when I am in the area. Food is good and wine is excellent. Staff is very nice and they always give me the same room to make me feel at home. I love this place!!

We stayed here recently on a road trip from the UK through Italy. It is an ok hotel. But considering we stayed in mid August - high season - it seemed to be running on skeleton staff and low season mode - for example bar lights switched off and with grumpy service at 21.00. It lacked charm and character. We stayed in a suite which was comfortable with lovely shuttered windows, but there was a lack of thoughtful touches to enhance the stay (e.g. no kettle in room, no room service, no hotel literature). All in all, oddly empty and lacking warm service.

We stayed here three nights during late April. The hotel was clearly running in low-season mode, with just minimum staff. Some facilities were not available or available only during some times of the day. The place is enormous and very nice. The room was very large and comfortable. The staff on duty did their best to assist and compensate the lack of personnel. Very good the in-house restaurant with reasonable prices and large servings. Worth a visit

Very good hotel overall. We had to eat in their restaurante 3 times and had very good food too plus they have very good selection of wine. This hotel has a large exterior area, good for walks. The minor problem is the location, a bit far from the nearest city. But that we knew before going and was what we pretended.

We visited this hotel for two nights as part of a touring holiday and it provided us with the chance to rest and enjoy the very warm Marche sunshine. We were given a warm welcome on arrival and the check in was carried out efficiently and quickly. Our room, though quite small, was perfectly adequate and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. The air conditioning was effective and gave us the opportunity to cool down after some time in the sunshine. We didn't eat at the hotel during the evenings but breakfast was perfectly good - typical Italian continental-style fare. The facilities at the hotel are impressive. The outside pool area is extensive and well maintained. The hotel also has huge grounds that include tennis courts and football pitches. There is also an indoor gym and health centre and a separate bar and cafe. this is a pleasant and well managed hotel that provides comfort and high quality.

This is a large, stately resort, which is conveniently located for wine tourism in the area. Unfortunately I was there off-season, so we got the feeling the hotel had just opened and our group were possibly the only guests. Service is friendly, rooms are comfortable, breakfast is more than adequate. Wi-fi is free, but tricky to log into and patchy in terms of reception. Make sure that, if you stay there, you have a car. Location is very nice, but anything else (shops, bars, restaurants, sightseeing) are not within walking distance at all.

Although I got the impression that this is a old hotel, the style seems to work fine for me in this location. The room is clean and I have a great view. At evening I ate in the restaurant facilitated right of the reception. The food was delicious and I really enjoyed the pasta`s. Staff is friendly. During my stay it was relative quite and therefore a lot of facilities like the pool and some restaurants were closed. Looking at the size of the hotel it can be used to organise big events.
