What a place to visit. In the middle of the Amazon away from 21st century living for a few days and back to nature. We were so well looked after by all the staff and they were all so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a great itinerary and covered so many different experiences. From being...

The lodge has everything you need, very comfortable rooms with hot water, great and fresh food 3 times a day and a lot of quiet and peace. Our guide Herman was great to spend time with, very knowledgeable and experienced. We wished we would have stayed one or two more days. (we booked the 2 nights/3 days package) The transfers...

The hotel is unique, on the top of the threes in the middle of the Amazon rainforest, simply amazing!!! Its more than a trip, stay at this place is a life experience. The transfer service from Manaus airport to the hotel is very comfortable and a trip itself. On the way to the hotel you will be able to see...

A great experience. A unique place to stay in the middle of the Amazon Forest. Great staff, great food, great location. Highly recommended. We stayed three nights which allowed us to do our favourite activities. Would say that 3/4 nights are the best options.

A holiday with a difference - amazing accommodation on stilts. We had a river view room and from our balcony watched kingfishers fishing, caiman under the room and assorted boats on the river - also could relax in the hammock. Great fun canoeing on the river, caiman spotting, piranha fishing and jungle hikes. Herman was an excellent guide and looked...

This was a really great experience! My sister and I went for the 3 full day/night package and got to enjoy canoeing, caiman spotting, piranha fishing, a jungle hike, visit to a native house and barbecue, and bird watching. There are lots of monkeys and other animals at the lodge, too, which added to the experience! Leon was a fantastic...

We loved every minute of our trip here and the accommodation setting is unbelievable. Herman our guide was extremely knowledgable and worked hard to make our experience unforgettable. The rooms are lovely and clean. My brother and his partner were given a free upgrade to a river view room and we sat and watched the sunset from their balcony. I...

Breathtaking, one with nature, friendship, happiness, planet earth come-to-life.....these are all words I'd use to express my recent stay at Juma Amazon Lodge. I came here with three other good friends seeking adventure and the opportunity to experience a space in the world untouched by most people, and I can tell you, we got even more than what we bargained...

Depending on who your guide is, staying at Juma Lodge can be a lot of fun and give a glimpse into the Amazon or it can be confusing and disappointing. I don't know if you can choose your guide and I'm not going to give names, but the difference lies in who you are appointed to. Everyone's experience is different....
