A very basic hotel with scandalous high price. Not worth the money. The rooms are so poorly designed that the door of the bedroom can't be closed. The breakfast was very good delivered to the room. It's ok to spend one night.

Nice hotel in this desert area where there are no so many lodgings .Very clean , well maintained, good room sizes and facilities. Very good breakfast. We didn't have the chance to use the pool , heated and covered. I liked the idea of a social hotel that part of its income is dedicated to encourage the education level in Yeruham.

The Desert Iris is fine. Clean with large rooms and large bathrooms. After a day exploring the dusty Negev, the water was hot and the pressure was perfect. The soaps are dollar store quality at best (but the one that you get 4 for your dollar) and the towels were meh, but it did the job with the added bonus of a rain shower head. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Clean and well staffed. They had apple juice in the orange juice spout and no orange juice to be had. Salads were super fresh and the shakshuka was nice too. Set your expectations and go with the flow. This isn't Bereshit but it is a fine place for a night or two.

We spent two nights at the Desert Iris Hotel. The hotel is amazing; large room with TV in the bedroom and livingroom, delicious supper and breakfast, friendly staff, good location for touring in the area. Highly recommended.
