We had a wonderful time in Hotel Kreuzer. Very friendly staff, We booked the package 'Sightseeing Hamburg'. Enjoyed the bus trip and harbor boat trip. You can go to the city of Hamburg by S-bahn. It takes a 15 minute walk to the nearest S-bahn stop at Rissen, but you can also go to the centre of Wedel and park...

Stayed at Hotel Kreuzer for three night in late July 2016, and got a kind reception and fairly convenient room, reminding one of the better US motels. Everything one expects was there, including a very good free internet connection. The hotel is located between the S-Bahn S1 line and a fairly busy road, but our room was quiet enough. Breakfast...

Nice little staff and service is ok. Humble and authentic place, located outside of hamburg. German/European breakfast, not too fancy. The hotel is clean and our room was equipped for handicaped people. price is a bit high but our visit was payed at the high season. They have gluten free bread.

The hotel Kreuzer in Wedel, just outside Hambourg, Germany, was a gorgeous and homely hotel, run by great staff, very kind and attentive to detail. Delicious breakfast and yummy coffee! Reception is open 24h/day, always happy to help and very smiley, no matter what time you came to ask them something. My partner and I stayed two nights there for...

Hotel was nice, clean and offered big rooms. The beds were comfortable and sleep quality was good. The breakfast had good options and tasty. The rooms near the atrium have big windows. It's a nice hotel and with lots of parking space too. The staff is helpful and they have plenty of space in the atrium and alley to relax

This hotel is a good choice for these who want to stay away from city bustle. But then, you either need to have a car, or be not afraid of good walk to the S-bahn station. Otherwise, there are not much to do or to see around. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet. As several reviewers have mentioned,...

A nice "German Style" hotel with nice rooms which have been renovated. Free wifi across the hotel and good service during breakfast. A nice friendly place to stay if one has work in the area. I reached around midnight and left after breakfast, but a good experience overall.

I stayed there this month for 2 days. I was given a big room that sadly had some noise problem due to the train-track, but it was not too loud. They have many better located rooms but as first time user and being very full I was not first choice. The room had a new bathroom, the wifi was slow...

The hotel is in a lousy location, no convenient facilities nearby, stuck next to the S-bahn track. Sleep? No chance, all you can hear is the trains passing by. There are much better hotels nearby, so won't be using again.
