Very basic Thai hotel. Quiet, clean, good bedding, efficient reception, ample parking available, well located in the heart of the city. Ideal hotel for a night of passage at a reasonable price. However, no coffee, tea, kettle in the room.

PAP is located on the edge of town. They have their own tuktuk to get you back to the bus terminal.

room rate was cheap and we went for THE VIP suite. Im not going to post the price but it was cheap. The room was spacious had a sofa/bench large double bed Family size fridge, PC (yes in the room) plus wifi and a LaN connection for your own laptop if you wanted it. Flat screen TV and DVD player. Air con and good size bathroom with a bath. Oh and a balcony overlooking the city.

The city itself is fairly quiet no real atmoshere and nothing to offer a tourist. We spent the day walking around and found a few good cofffe shops and a handfull of restaurants. There is a bit to see but don't go there to see anything.

We were on a trip from the South to the North and figured Nakhon Sawan would be a good place to stay. We called ahead and made a reservation. It helped that we speak a bit of Thai.

A double room with 2 small single beds was priced around 400 baht. The room was small, pretty clean, had air and hot water, and cable tv. It was also a little older, firm beds, with less-than-attractive furniture. All-in-all a good value. Pretty much what you'd expect for 400 baht in a small town.

I'd stay here again - especially on those quick overnight trips.

We came here on our world trip by car. The hotel had a large parking lot, so that was good for us. We were surprised by our room. It had a clean bathroom, aircon, little terrace with okay view, internet (LAN-cable), and even a fridge with 2 water bottles. The costs were 390 B.
A funny and yet strange thing was that we stayed at the sixth floor and still could hear the roosters cry in the morning.

We stayed at PA Place from 16.04.2014 till 19.04.2014. Set back from a busy street we pulled in to a large car park and were greeted politely by the front desk staff. Although English was very limited, they kept smiles on their faces throughout and were as helpful as they could be. The room upon entry was reasonably clean and very cool. We used the air conditioning throughout our stay, which leaked and flooded the floor twice but we didn't know how to translate this to the staff downstairs so I just left towels underneath and I believe while we were out, it had been fixed, as we didn't have the problem on our last day. The area is quite noisy as it is situated in the City, but not so noisy that it will disturb you from your sleep. The beds are reasonably hard too, although when it came to getting my head down on the night, I had absolutely no trouble sleeping at all. My girlfriend and I opted to pay the small amount each night for the VIP room so had a few extras in our room, which in my opinion was worth the extra Baht. For the kind of hotel we stayed in and for the way we were treated, the rooms would be a lot more expensive in England or most other countries for that matter. So PA Place is definitely worth the money for anybody passing through Nakhon Sawan.

Was on a trip with my fiance from BKK to the north and back. Got tired and looked around for a comfortable and cheap place. Found it by accident. In Thailand, you can never really trust anything that is cheap so we asked to see the rooms. They were big and clean for a good price. Service was very friendly! Free internet. Highly recommended for a short resting spot.

Apparently, P.A. owns three hotels in the same area. This hotel is located between the other two. P.A. Ville is next to the entrance of Paradise Park and it is priced about the same as this P.A. Place. The other P.A. Thani is newer at about 200B more and it is located about 200m from P.A. Place.

The layout is similar to a dormitory or a factory living quarter. Dated but spacious and clean with an elevator, a key card to access the elevator & stairs, and a big parking area. Coin-operated washer & dryer available. Reception staff are friendly and can communicate in English for most needs.

Every room has a big window and a balcony. The drying rack on the balcony is dirty, so I used the dryer. Weak shower on the 6th floor. Sufficient international channels and strong A/C. Ants in the room and bathroom, so be extra careful when you eat in the room.

Breakfast is not included but you can order meals to eat in the canteen or in your room.

There are restaurants, cafes, food stalls, and convenience stores within a 5 to 10-minute walk. I traveled by green songtaew (two-bench pickup) to/from the train station and yellow songtaew to/from the bus station in front of the hotel. You can use the hotel tuk tuk for a fee.

They take credit card payment without service fee, so I didn't have to withdraw extra cash from ATM.

We stayed here to break the trip between Chiang Mai and 150km further south than Bangkok. Having read the other review I decided to give it a try and was not disappointed in the least. Ok there's nothing much about Nakorn Sawan unless you have your own transport, speak Thai and/or are accompanied by someone who does - fortunately I fill all of the above categories and found an excellent, cheap place to eat and would welcome a return visit without hesitation.

The hotel is great for the price and you can book breakfast for an extra 50 thb from the menu - although that was all in Thai it has to be said. To avoid disappointment book in advance as it's usually full on the day as we found out when travelling up.
