We arrived after dark (7.40) on a rainy night after a long drive from Chiang Mai. We didn't feel like going out to eat, but no food available here, except for the packaged dry noodles and frozen sausages with no facilities to prepare anything.
Not a word of English from the receptionist, so we ventured up to our room.

The room is small and basic with no furniture... all concrete, so feels a bit like a concrete box. No balcony, just a window with an external blind over it. No bedside lamps and no power points beside the bed for the electronic devices. Instructions are provided for logging into the WIFI, but they are rather convoluted and I wasn't able to figure it out, ditto for the TV. The room light consists of a fluro tube over the TV, and one down light.

On the plus side, the bed is large and reasonably comfortable and the bathroom has plenty of bench space. The foyer is quite nice and the hotel is just 450 meters off the highway and easy to find, with Macro across the road.

But the best thing about this hotel is the beautiful white cat, who took a shine to us and followed us into the lift.

I'm giving it three stars because despite the downside, it is adequate for one nights stay considering it is a budget hotel.

We were travellinv with my elderly father-in-law and options for a triple room between chiang mai and bangkok are limited. We stayed here previously but state of hotel had gone down. in first room airco sounded after a few minutes like an airplane engine about to take off. In the end offered to change rooms which was better but no hot water there. Breakfast was included but far below par. Still a safe, convenient location. paid abouf 1700 for triple room (though double rooms can sometimes be offered at a great rate). worth to check both direcrly with hotel and websites such as booking as price difference may be big. Depending on price and alternative options worth considering.

All in all an ok place given the price tag. We expected much less but rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. Staff is friendly and breakfast acceptable. Indeed, the cats are a bit annoying and there is only one elevator. But for a night or two you will find it to be a good enough place. Given the alternatives in the area, we cannot complain. We got what we paid for and even a bit more. Recommended

We stayed at the Tamsabai Hotel during the Bueng Boraphet Marathon event. It is a new modern hotel outside the city with friendly staff located about 5 Km from the Bueng Boraphet main entry (aquarium and crocodile park). The rooms are sober and clean, but lack a bit of atmosphere. There is a modern security camera system.

We liked very much the beds (2 pillows/bed). Rooms came with flat screen TV, air-conditioning and refrigerator. Place enough to get rid of your bags. Clothes hangers existent. Poor number of TV-channels (only Thai). Our bathroom had an unpleasant smell presumably coming from the drain.

The price included an ersatz breakfast, consisting of instant beverages, sandwiches and pastry. In our opinion this breakfast could be improved. There is no restaurant, but on the other hand there is a small selection of food that can be ordered. The nearest restaurant (Saeb I Li) is a 200 meters walk along a busy road (not bad food).

There is good parking space on the plot. Tamsabai Hotel is good value for you money.

Clean and reasonable price. Staffs are nice. Hotel decoration is simple but comfortable, situated in quiet area, not far from main road. Breakfast is bakeries and coffee. There are cats around the lobby. We will come back ofcourse!

Adorable staff, cute little hotel, perfect for a pit stop on the way up north. Everything works, is spacious and clean without any excess, and for the money its perfect. Hotel is set back of the road so relatively quiet, and plenty of space to park the car in large driveway.

We stayed just one night in Nakhon Sawan and we were very happy we booked the Tamsabai Hotel.

The place is brand new and we were met at the reception by very friendly staff. The hotel has a cute cat theme with different icons and drawings on every floor.

The room was spacious, light and had an industrial look with polished concrete. The bed was wonderful, the bathroom and room immaculate. All of this for an unbeatable price.
One strange thing: bring your own towels, they don't provide guest towels.

Location was, for our purpose also good. Restaurants and food carts down the street and a short ride to the bus station.

We would definately stay here again!
