During my time at the resort I had a good time. There were a few things that I would suggest they should do better, They would charge you for towels if they were lost, and even for a beach key if it is lost. The wifi there is so weak I wasn't able to stream or watch anything while I was there, you would have to watch their basic cable.

2nd-year celebrating our annual family reunion on the Aquarius. We can cook, eat, and have great conversations with family members. We reserved four rooms (apartment) and enjoyed the comfort of the 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and balcony. We walked to “El Poblado De Boqueron,” which is a short distance, to eat, shop, dance, and karaoke. The beach and swimming pool were also great. The only negatives were the limited parking spaces and the shower hot water (sometimes) no hot water. Tip: get rooms with ocean views.

We had a great memorable experience . Luis at the FD helped with an email for my daughters school work and Filiberto at the pool was always very attentive to our needs . I can’t leave without mentioning Cancel he gave me a tour of the property ,shared its history along with the cities popular sites.

Everything was great ! Hotel nice enough, view, pool, restaurant. We spent a lot of money over a few days and had a great time. Until checkout and they scammed me $250. for Smoking on the balcony. Apparently, the first hotel that charges for smoking outside. Our door was shut, the wife and kids don't smoke, they would complain if room smelled of smoke. Total scam job. A little sign that says no smoking ALL property. Anyway, I travel for a living and have never had that scam pulled. I spoke with the maid, she said they don;t even have a smoke air cleaning machine they use. So I asked what happens to the $250 PENALTY fee? They keep it. We were back in the area a few months ago. Passed by and saw the pool still looked super nice but was missing a few expensive chaise lounges. Those things looked to be about $500 each! What a shame!

It needs urgent affection, deteriorated, the doors open with a lot of effort, the handles of the cabinets full of mold, the wet floor with a lot of humidity, the beach towels almost transparent, and they warn you that if you do not deliver them they charge you, 😅😅 like those of the room, broken coffee machine,
And I don't go on, because I don't finish, the shine of yesteryear was lost, Quite unlike Boquerón, who if I love staying there,
Mention aside the front desk staff... unfriendly, and uncompromising, I paid for 4 people, two would sleep in the room and two in the living room, in an armchair all disgusting,
So owners who bought timeshare, check where they are investing maintenance $$

Nice property. Friendly front desk staff. Stayed for 6 nights. We had a great time until our relaxation and serenity were ruined by being charged $20 for a tiny blood stain on a sheet the night before last. Instead of relaxation we had acrimony. One of the front desk clerks said that they even charge families with kids when the kids wet the bed. I tried to reason with the manager upon checkout but he would not relent. Honestly, this business practice is among the dumbest practices I have ever seen. The price of the rooms were really cheap for what you get, so if I ran the place, I would have just charged a little more for the room up front to insure against sheet stains and not risked annoying guests with these trivial damage charges. Also, If they can't get tiny blood stains out of a sheet, it really makes me wonder how well the sheets are being cleaned from other less obvious forensics.

They give you a key to go out to the beach. If you lose the key, they charge you a $100 penalty. A copy of that key in any local hardware store is worth less than $1. They are thiefs. I spent the whole day consuming with my family in their restaurant. I'm sure the key was left there and they decided to hide it to collect the penalty. Don’t sponsor them. There is another hotel nearby, Boho Beach Club, much better.

We have been staying at this hotel for some years. It was our choice. Excellent location, it has great attributes such as access to the famous beach and the famous town of Boquerón. Good value for money and pool area with splashes and slide for children. The problem is that they have let it fall due to lack of maintenance and renovation. This last time they had problems with small cockroaches and during our stay we were able to see 3 coming out of the bathroom dying. We have seen how the main chair gets dirtier every year no matter the room. Also the other chair was very dirty and was not stable, I did not dare to sit on it. It's a sad situation. Also the toilet seat is very loose and the paper holder is broken. I also saw the air unit broken without windows and dirty, but working, it was cooling. I have photos and videos of everything that I will try to put here. I would like it to go back to being the hotel it was.

Regarding the rooms, they are deteriorated. The televisions are old with very few channels available, they do not have technology to connect. The stove did not have the numbers, from so much use, they were erased. There were moisture stains on the bathroom ceiling. The pool had “silt” and was not clean. They do not use bands to identify guests. The staff are very friendly and willing. What makes this hotel very attractive is its access to the beach and the town of Boquerón. The parking lot is small and a car is always blocked.

Our check-in was smooth and staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for accessing the beautiful beach of Boqueron and the views from our apt. were amazing. Amenities were good, although we were disappointed that the restaurant closed at 4pm.

Dear Guest:
The best option is to rent a car at the airport. Private transportation is usually more expensive.
