We stayed here for one night. The room was fine. The bed wasn't a queen size but it was ok. It was on the 2nd floor. There are steps and no elevator so someone who couldn't climb steps wouldn't be able to stay here. I don't know if they have any rooms on the main floor. There is a restaurant on the main floor.

My brother-in-laws from Alberta came to Manitoba for our Annual golf trip. We booked a tee time at Hecla Island but found the hotel there was completely out of our price range. I contacted the Arbourg Hotel via email and they replied immediately. The price was exceptionally good. We needed two rooms as one of our group has a serious snoring problem. The reception was excellent and the staff went that extra step to make sure we were comfortable. There is an attached bar and separate restaurant. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The hotel is situated on the main street of Arbourg and has good parking and is convenient to everything in town. We discovered a Royal Canadian Legion across the street which was featuring entertainment.

All round we all found the hotel to be very good and highly recommend staying there if you are on a budget. It is only 45 minutes to the golf course at Hecla and the savings were significant. Great place!!

Spent 4 nights here on healthcare business. It's clean and well kept. The rooms are nice and in order. There were a couple things that could have been better. Sound seems to travel quite easily into the rooms and it was hard to fall asleep. Also the air conditioner/heater is really loud at night and I had to turn it off cuz it kept waking me up. Asides that it's good. The town is so small that this is probably the best hotel.

Manager has terrible attitude. Paid no attention to my questions regarding hotels conditions, kept asking if I wanted to book. Of course I told her no. It seems like the hotel is filthy dirty from reviews I have seen

Absolutely terrible customer service in the bar/lounge area. All of the staff and management are rude and incompetent. I understand there has been a recent change in management but it’s sad to see a nice local spot be so poorly run.

I booked a room a week in advance and when I arrived the first room they gave me was not cleaned, so they gave me another room and again not cleaned. The employee then called her manager to find out what rooms were cleaned and then finally a clean room. I was checking out early the next morning and was assured that my bill would be placed under my door. Guess what no bill. I went down to the service desk and no employee. I left a note indicating that I would be back around 9am to get my bill. Good thing I kept my room key to get back into the building as the front door was locked. I made it into the kitchen and a kitchen staff member was on site. During talks with the staff employee they helped me out with my bill and off I was. On a good note the room was nice, but the service terrible.

I came into Arborg for 1 night for work, and I stayed at the Arborg Hotel. The check in process was pretty flawless, and the woman who checked me in was also my server in the lounge that evening. I was late getting to the hotel, so I really appreciated that their kitchen was open until 10:00 that night. I was pleasantly surprised with the menu, and the meal was great. When I finally turned in for the night, the smell from the detergent on the sheets and bedspread was amazing. The next morning when I left there was no one at the front desk and the front doors were still locked. There is a chicken chef across the street that does offer breakfast.

I do have a couple of small complaints. 1) I couldn't get my TV to work in my room. As noted I was late getting to town, and also leaving early so this wasn't a major problem for me. 2) The air conditioner in my room had a terrible rattle to it, so all night it was quite noisy, this could be fixed by turning it off, but it was over 30 degrees outside that day and it didn't take long for the room to become uncomfortable even late into night.

I wouldn't let either of my issues ever stop me from staying here again, and as I mentioned if I had of arrived in a timely fashion that day I would have likely brought both issues up with staff.

This is a great hotel! There is a bar/restaurant that has excellent food, and the staff are all very friendly. Highly recommend a stay here if you are travelling the Interlake region. Charming little town. Met the Owner of the hotel and he was very charming!

My husband and I spent two nights here on the August 2019 long weekend. We had a lovely spacious room, a great sleep, and no complaints. Restaurant did not open early in the morning, but Chicken Chef across the street did, so we were able to get breakfast both mornings before continuing to our family reunion events.

We stayed here on a Saturday night in August. The room was clean & spacious. The bed was comfortable. The room had a hair dryer, safe, iron & board, mini fridge, microwave, small desk & chair, couch. Downstairs was a restaurant/bar; we ate there & it was pretty good. There are a couple of more restaurants within walking distance. The mini fridge didn't have a freezer compartment, which was a problem since I had coolers with ice packs that needed to be frozen. There was a small chest freezer next to the vending machine, so I just used that. I think the price was about $100 U.S. After tax. There was a street festival with loud music; earplugs didn't make a dent. I think that closed down at midnight, but music from the bar (not quite so loud) continued for another hour or two. The bar music might be just on weekends or just because of the festival. If you are really bothered by noise, I would check. The front desk is manned by servers in the bar; there was nobody on duty when we left at 7:30 a.m.
