Great gardens, good entrance and a magic welcome. From there it goes backwards, only one restaurant functioned, most rooms were empty. Room numbering confusing and signage scare. Wifi reasonable, casino empty and very old and tired, swimming pool good, spoilt by the construction in progress. Lots of friendly helpful people and a reasonable buffet. They need guests and money or the...

Though the facilities are still in working order there is need to improve the quality of maintenance. During my attendance of the training the hotel the occupancy was quite low. This was in the three days before the Good Friday-Easter weekend. The menu was very limited and the quality of food not very high. I have known this hotel to...

Wonderful people, comfortable rooms, and awesome conference venues. Piggs Peak is almost a fantasy venue for kids and families and is awesome for business. The staff are really warm, helpful and caring! As is the GM!

The hotel looks good from the outside with good grounds. Front of house staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable but tv set very dated, no hairdryer in room and for a hotel wishing to offer a better class accommodation, bath sheets and not small bath towels are definitely the order of the day. When we went...

I spent the Christmas weekend at Piggs Peak Hotel and Casino with my family. I hadn't been to that part of Swaziland in a very long time and so it was wonderful to visit the highveld and be surrounded by Piggs Peak's beautiful forests. The hotel itself is average with the rooms in desperate need of a revamp (at least...

We arrived on the 6th January to find the hotel empty and decided not to stay. We had a drink near the restaurant and were served quickly (of course!) and very efficiently. The hotel looked clean and the very bored staff were friendly. It is time the the hotel did a bit of intensive advertising to attract tourists as it...

Lost in the mountains is Swazi lays this lonely hotel. It offers a bit of gambling, sparkling pool and lots of relaxation. The spa is disappointing, with the therapist confirming an appointment and never showing up... The honeymoon suite offers a jacuzzi that hasn't worked for a long while and an empty cupboard that used to house a bar fridge. The...

I was at this place a few days ago after a friend recommended it. Firstly, its not difficult to find as it is on the gps and there are signs along the road to guide you. It is indeed very quite and great place therefore to unwind and get away from the busy city life. The accommodation is ok though...

This hotel is remote, but a nice place. The grounds are picturesque and the food is good. There are a few local attractions close by mad easy to to hike or drive to. The rooms need some upgrading, but they are in good condition. I didn't go into the casino. The pool deck was comfortable. It's a good place to...

I have spent a weekend here attending a forum on malaria, staff was highly professional, clean rooms, great food in their restaurant. The bar is ok, but one of the staff members showed frustration because he wasn't released on time.
