Stayed three nights here and able to really recommend it. We choose a family "hut" which had a double bed upstairs, and two single beds downstairs.Swimming pool is small good good for the kids to dive in after a day exploring for a quick swim. The restaurant area has a fabulous terrace overlooking the dam and the lake- You get...

This was our second visit to Maguga Lodge and once again a treat. The rooms are spacious and have huge bathrooms. The views are the best looking out over the dam. The service was friendly and the food in the restaurant good. Very good value for money. Swaziland with its friendly people will always remain a favorite!

General: Nice and peacefull on waters edge. Plus: Clean ablutions. Level stands. Friendly staff. Minus: Road to camping site not really for low sedans and/or caravans, more suitable for SUVs and Off Road trailers. 20 stands only 4 power outlets. Have to use power from kichen. (only two outlets) Be sure to bring lead (20-30m) depending on where you would...

Excellent service and friendly staff. Blommetjies at the Bar makes your day. Hope you can make use of all the drone photos I took for the Lodge. The Manager and reception are extremely friendly and helpful. I will recommend this Lodge to my friends and we hope to see you all again soon.

Stayed over for 2 nights at their camping facility. Didn't make much use of the restaurant and other facilities. Ablutions are clean, but some items need some work. Power distribution is done primitively with normal extensions powering the whole camping site from one outlet in the kitchen. Might have power issues if the camp site is full. Launching pad at...

Me & my wife really enjoyed our stay at Maguga Lodge. The service was great, the view was also superb and we enjoyed our small walks around the place. Also enjoyed the food very much and the staff was always friendly.

On our way to Bulembu we decided to stay there as they claim to offer guided walking tours. The place is nice and most rondavels offer a beautiful view over the dam. Breakfast and dinner were also good but nothing extraordinary - of course that's not what we expected anyway. We booked a guided tour to the "Gap" which was...

It was our second visit, peace, tranquility and beautiful views of the dam was my highlight. The self catering lodge is average standard, the beds are uncomfortable, electricity kept tripping and air-conditioning system not working upstairs. We found dirty linen outside the cottage when we arrived.
