Staying in the hotel for 1 night during my business trip. This hotel was repainted recently. Bed is nice to sleep just the pillow too soft. Wifi available but connection not stable. The toilet is clean but the shower water is not strong enough. The hotel located in the new town of lipis so there is not much entertainment and restaurant...

The hotel rooms and overall are clean, which makes it a good stopover stay for anyone looking for a good night's rest. There's basic amenities such as shower cap, liquid soap, tea and coffee bags, kettle and mineral bottles provided in the room. There is also a water dispenser located at the lobby for anyone looking to refill their drinking...

Room rate increase because of inflation, a plus of 6% GST. I expect better service given but it dissapointed me. Low pressure water heater + mini crocroach on the floor + gecko sticking on the wall+ extremely weak wifi connection . Hope the owner / management can follow up & upgrade the facilities.

This new hotel is clean and comfortable. The bathroom is a limitless small as the shower is over the toilet but everything worked fine. The staff were helpful and tried to get us tickets for the jungle train. Unfortunately, without success because it was a holiday period and all transport was full! Others have commented on hard beds but we...

This new hotel is clean but for the rate of RM93 a night for a deluxe room and with no breakfast provided, I would hardly call it a budget hotel. The room comes with one queen and one single bed. It cam accommodate 3 people in a room comfortably. The toilet is a bit small compared to the room. There...

If you like to watch swiflets, this hotel is for you as opposite it lies a swiftlet barn - a converted 2nd and 3rd storeys of a shophouse. Numerous swiflets are seen foraging especially in the early morning and evening. The Bestari hotel is at the end of a row of shops in the new part of Kuala Lipis. Its...

We stayed 3nights at a particularly wet time of the year. We tried to keep the mud out of the hotel and our rooms but this proved difficult given there was water and mud everywhere and on everything. Yet, we heard not one complaint from the staff. The hotel is cheap but basic, and the beds are hard. However, the...

After a tiring drive from Kota Bharu> Jeli> Dabong> Gua Musang, we reached Kuala Lipis town around 10pm and have not booked a hotel yet. Asked the staff at a 7-11 shop and were reccommended the Bestari hotel. Located at a new township, the hotel looked fairly new, lobby was brightly lit and the receptionist friendly. The double bedroom at...

We stayed in a standard twin room. It was a simple but pleasant and clean room. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small, but clean and the shower was warm. The staff was friendly but somewhat unexperienced it seemed (maybe this seemed to be because they were not yet used to foreign visitors or because of language barriers (they did...
