This is an excellent hotel planted right in the middle of an active coffee cooperative. The views are amazing no matter what time of day/night. The tour of the facility was a great learning experience. I drink a lot of coffee, but I never knew where it really came from or what processes were involved. Now I know. The staff...

The view from the rooms is amazing! You can see the whole cooperative with mountains in the background while you sip on a fine cup of coffee! It's very quiet and peaceful. A great place to relax and learn a little bit about the production of coffee. I was only there for one night so it's hard to say much...

This is a fantastic place to stay if you're in the northern end of Nicaragua. The accommodations are basically brand new, and the view cannot be beat. This is such an amazing location that it´s hard to believe. You wake up in the morning and the sun is raising over the mountains, you have a great view of the whole cooperative, and then you eat your breakfast (included in price) on the terraze... I stayed in few other places, and this is by far the most quiet...
