I recently stayed here. The bed was the most comfortable of my entire trip. The room was clean and well decorated . The things missing for me was a desk and electrical outlets which were often hidden. Towels seemed threadbare for the cost of the room . Regardless , this is the spot to stay.

Took 2 of my girls out for lunch here today for a bit of a celebratory meal. I found it to be very clean and spacious. We had no problem with finding a seat. The food and service were both very good. Didnt really care for their coffee, which turned out to be the only negative part of the experience....

We could not have been happier with this stop! After a long day of driving all we wanted was to sit on this deck overlooking the river and relax. If fulfilled our every need. Dinner at the restaurant was really excellent and it was important to find dinner on this stretch of road. Our room couldn't have been more comfortable---and...

We were looking forward to our stay at Pier 17 having eaten at the restaurant before and enjoyed it. My colleagues room did not appear to have been cleaned - it still contained an old pizza box and a couple of half drunk bottles of apple juice . My own room whilst appearing clean had a mysterious greasy black stain...

The moment you enter you realize this is not a run down fish house. Very appealing interior. The wait staff was prompt and efficient. the food was quite good. Chicken mushroom rissotto. A surprise entree for me. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

We had a great dinner and drinks!! My wife and I also stayed the night and the room experience was great!! The room was modern with an updated bathroom. We spent time down at their docks watching the sun set, I would recommend to anyone!!

I rather enjoyed my stay at Pier Seventeen, with one single issue: The AC unit. Before I cover the ugly, I'm going to cover the AWESOME! I had room 101, a King sized bed with TV and bathroom. All the furnishing were very nice, there was a big dresser and a swivel chair in addition to the bedside tables and...

This restaurant is such a wonderful addition to the Blind River area. The atmosphere is so welcoming and appealing. The deck overlooking the river is gorgeous. I would definitely go for drinks and an appetizer to enjoy on the deck on a nice evening. Food is good, but we were there 3 hours one evening for dinner. I have never...

As my wife and I continue to travel we look forward to being pleasantly surprised by the exploration of quality in unlikely places. So after many hours of driving, nearing the end of an extended road trip we chose to stop at someplace we have never visited before. Pier Seventeen is as unlikely a spot as I have seen in...

Stopped for the night in Blind River. This restaurant came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Firstly, on a sunny day, you can sit outside by the water. Nice cushioned big chairs. The food, of course, was really good. I ordered the light meal, capellini primavera with a pesto sauce and side salad. Is was not only delicious, but plentiful...
