Excellent warm welcome, however, no bar, no snack bar. We were not told of the larger pool at the bottom of the complex and only discovered it was there as we were leaving, having said that a good location only 15 mins pleasant walk to the hustle and bustle of Pala De Fanabe. Very clean and well serviced apartments. Reception...

Visited after an RCI exchange and I could not believe the horrendous standard of these apartments. The check in guy looked like a creepy extra from a 60's horror film. The small of stale tobacco lingered in the air. The key had a large heavy metal tag probably dating back to the 60's. After dragging out me cases to the...

Booked this accommodation via RCI as a free weeks time share. We arrived at the reception area which resembled something from the 1960s and smelt of stale cigarette smoke. When asked about our accommodation, to get a feel for the place Augustine the receptionist stated it was a really nice apartment which gave us hope in that our stay would...

Stay here as often as possible as its peaceful and ideally located to walk the coastal promenade (left towards Los Cristianos 1 hour and right to La Caleta 20 mins). Del Duque prestigious beach is a stone throw away from the bottom gate. It is an expensive area but many cheaper eats available in Playa Fanabe 20 mins walk. Lovely...

Some of the reviews will make you question this complex but it is front line del duque the perfect place. The complex is beautiful, immaculate and relaxing. The problem that some people have experienced is due to renting the occasional dated or unloved private apartment. All the club el beril and the majority of the privately owned apartments are exceptional...

El Beril advertised a lovely apartment with photo's so we booked 5 nights, on arrival we had a great shock as it was a studio and not the advertised apartment. We immediately complained to reception and asked to be moved, but they could not help as it was a private ownership. After paying 995.00 euros for 5 nights we feel...

Unfortunately, we booked through JR Property - a husband and wife team called Jo and Robin Pike - and we were badly let down by their inattention to pre-occupation detail. No mattress protector, no bed made up, missing patio door key, partially blocked shower outlet, unhygienic pillows, dirty beach towels and no personal visit to sort matters out. Only the...

Lovely area and great resort, in our opinion best on the island. Very nice apartment, well maintained and new bathrooms. Lovely walks and a great beach. Very friendly staff.Weather very good. Hired a car to go sightseeing but you can walk to many resorts very easily.

Checked into the apartment No 97.This is the most dated apartment I have ever seen. No curtain to bedroom, broken fridge, broken tiles with sharp edges, bathroom suite not matching in colour, dirty stained grouting to tiles around bath, mouldy on mastic seal between bath and tiles.very limited hot water, safe but no key.no sun beds by pool (sun beds that were...

Just got back home early this morning. our room and was nice clean ,there is a pool and jacuzzi , the pool is cold all the time, and to deep for little children, very noisey guests (Russians) through out the day and night. traffic sound, and building work going on. Tiggys bar is very good, and the local bus 467...
