Fantastic place to stay close to the Swan Valley. Hosts couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating! Room was lovely and clean with all amenities. Breakfast was to die for..all homemade with great variety and lots of attention to detail. Highly recommended!!

Kellers B&B is a top spot for visiting not only the wonderful Swan Valley but anywhere near Perth. A touch of country near the City. The hosts, Marija and Philipp, are so friendly and welcoming that it feels more like visiting family with lots of home made food and friendly smiles. They also have home made and home grown produce to...

Thank you! I've said it before but much of the enjoyment we get is also from our guests as they embrace our farm and are very complementary with our home made breakfasts. So works both ways :) Have a wonderful Christmas and we wish you all the happiness for the new year 2017. Hope to see you again, the Kellers

Our visit to Kellers B & B was the result of a surprize birthday gift so that we could attend a family wedding at nearby Swan Valley venues. It was a great choice ! Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped. However, a highlight of our two day stay was Breakfast (with a capital "B"). Almost all farm produced...

Had two great nights at the Kellers farm. The hosts are charming, informative and really take care of you. Breakfast was awesome spread of home made breads, jams and Jellies, yoghurt and muesli. Fresh eggs from the farm were perfectly scrambled or sunny side up. Thanks Marija and Philip

Carl, Sue & Tamara (Perth locals) stayed only one night, but it was a great experience. Could not fault the room, food, or service, but what makes this place special is the Keller family themselves. They make you feel like family, which is a feeling that is not usually experienced from businesses today. Great for families and easy to experience...

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kellers. So much so we extended our stay an extra night. Its hard to pinpoint just one reason why we liked Kellers so much. Feeding the farm animals and milking the cows with Phillip, the cosy relaxed atmosphere, the delicious breakfast with fresh eggs and homemade jams, having Rosie the dog wait for...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Keller's bed & breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, with local / organic products. After the breakfast we got to visit the animals of the farm and to feed them: cows, lambs, chicken, pigs, you name it. This was a great experience for us and for our 18-month old daughter. The hosts were fantastic, we...

Stayed 3 nights with my wife and 2 young kids. Good Location with close proximity to malls, wineries and caversham wildlife park. The kids had their first close encounter with farm animals. Breakfast consisting of home baked sourdough, self picked eggs and home made jam... Need I say more :)

Stayed 2 nights at Kellers B&B with my wife and boy and we loved every minute of it. When we were checking out on Friday we couldn't stop thanking host Marija enough for the very warm hospitality shown to us and after we left, we couldn't stop talking and marveling about our stay! The room was spacious enough even after...

Thank you so much for your kindness. We also loved meeting all of you and are humbled by your words. We do have a little farm and we welcome people to experience and taste a little of the old farming ways. Nothing too fancy but a hard working hobby farm. You all take care and we wish you a very...

My family and I had a great time at Kellers. Philippe and Marija were very accommodating. The loaned us a laundry line and a microwave oven when they knew that we needed them. Hello "E" family! Thank you so much for your kind words. Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Situated in the Swan Valley is Kellers Bed and Breakfast and is only 25 minutes from Perth city. It's your home away from home. Our hobby farm is our lifestyle choice and consists of a variety of livestock and some crops on a rural property. The Swan Valley, known as the wine and humane food region of WA, boasts of wineries such as Sandalford and Mandoon, chocolate shops such as the Margaret River Chocolate company and Whistler's, delicious Yahava Coffee, the House of Honey and the historic town of Guildford where the infamous Alfred's Kitchen (famous for it's burgers) is located. There are 2 rooms available at our home, however, they both have their own private entrance and bathroom ensuite and are not part of our own home common areas. The first room has a King size bed and its own spa bath and shower ensuite and we call this the King room. The second room has a Queen bed and a shower ensuite and we call this the Queen room. Each morning we offer a Swiss style continental breakfast including fresh baked bread and as many fresh seasonal and home grown products that are available such as home made yoghurt, preserves, farm fresh eggs and freshly squeezed juice. Breakfast is lovingly prepared and you can enjoy this in our cafe area outside. (We can cater for Gluten & Dairy intolerance and other dietary requirements, just let us know and we're happy to cater to your needs). Enjoy your complete space and privacy and do as you please OR feel free to join us when we milk the cow in the morning (approx. 7 - 8am) and help feed the animals (around 8:30am). We collect the eggs in the evening too. (Please understand it is a working farm and animals are unpredictable so times may vary or animals just may not feel like cooperating :) The longer you stay the cheaper the daily rates so let us know if you are planning on staying a little longer in the Swan Valley. The rooms are set up for 2 people however an extra child may be accommodated. We are able to set up a small folds bed or portacot for a small cleaning fee of $20 however this does significantly reduce the size of the room. ... more   less
