Es un hotel pequeño pero cómodo para pasar la noche en Chivay antes de enrumbar al Colca. La atención es muy básica, no hay botones y su desayuno muy básico. Lo bueno es que colocan tres frazadas gruesas para el frio de Chivay que llegó una noche a 1°C.

Cuando llegamos la habitación ya estaba lista, con decoraciones sobre la cama de cisnes y rosa, baño impecable ademas cuenta con agua caliente,cable, wifi y infusiones de cortesía, incluso en el primer piso cuenta con un Restaurant Buffet Novo-andino.
