very sociable and friendly staff, the room clean and comfortable, with a fridge and safe, excellent breakfasts, good value for money. Located on the waterfront. 5 minutes from the beach and promenade. 10 minutes from the bus and trains. WIFI only in the lobby.

This family owned lodging have rooms that are modest and clean. The wonderful proprietors made it our choice three times in a row! The front rooms have a beautiful view of the ocean and everyday life in Ostia. You can get a great dinner (in the adjoining little courtyard) and a lovely continental breakfast. It is a short train ride...

This is, quite simply, an awful hotel. Though they offer free wifi, it is not true; it only works in the lobby or in the dining room downstairs. They neglect to tell you this, however, upon this discovery they offer you the excuse that the walls of the hotel are too thick. If you know anything about wifi you know...

Lido di Ostia is a great beach location to have a nice holiday there. Very nice town and welcoming places. The beach is fine but a little bit busy with the constructions on it but if you search for a good spot you will find it. This hotel it's run of a very nice family and they make you to...

The two brothers that run this place are so kind, and so helpful! They made us feel right at home and always had a smile on their face! It's a few blocks to the bus that will take you to the train into Rome. The views from this place are spectacular. It's SO convenient to area eateries and right across...

Stayed with family of 3. Located directly across from beach with guest discounts for chair rentals. Disappointed with minimal breakfast offering - 1croissant & coffee. Staff were very friendly and assisted in coordinating travel to Rome via Metro.

We stayed here for a week whilst on a biking tour in Europe and if it hadn't been for the fact that due to a bikers rally in Ostia that week ,everywhere was fully booked or we would have left after the first night. Our room was dull and the shower in the bathroom was awful, the tiniest cubicle with...

Found this hotel by mistake. Was supposed to book the Caravel. Was in Rome in December 2012 for FAO Council of Ministers Meeting. The rooms though small, were clean. The shower was quite a tight fit. The breakfast was continental with one croissant per guest. Staff friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi free and reliable. Power in room tripped a couple of...

Great value and nice family operated hotel. Changed sheets each night and provided small but nice breakfast and coffees. Very helpful. Great choice for short stay. Quiet air conditioning and new windows with shutters that keep out noise.
