We had an amazing time here. Cozy and super clean room, comfy bed. Opportunity to rent kayaks and explore lake of asveja, sauna and food grilling after that. Recomend 10/10 we come back every year sometimes even in winter time.

Probably I won’t get enough words and compliments for the owner and her team! We were celebrating our wedding in Asvejos sodyba and we are so grateful for everything.
Firstly, the location of the villa is magnificent. Beautiful landscape and views. Very clean and well maintained area.
Secondly, rooms. All rooms and houses were in a perfect condition. In each house you would have a good shower and a toilet, comfortable sleeping places up to 70 people! Of course if you going with a group of 10-20 people , you’ll find it even more comfortable!
The last but not least, stuff! Increasingly team who really impressed me. Always helpful , great attitude always there where you need them.
Food is alright, very depends on what are you ordering. They have a restaurant and a kitchen in a villa , so if would like to order something from the menu, they’ll cook for you , otherwise you can cook yourself , because there is good kitchen in every apartment.
If you like sauna and steam room and heated tub , don’t hesitate and experience it there , on the top of the hill above Asvejos lake.
Amazing place to go for a family holiday so as celebrate your big events .Highly recommended! And hope to go bag there soon.

We were here in the first week of May when the real season has not started yet. Place was virtually empty and we were the only guests. The staff was excellent and in particular, Maria, the care taker/ cook/ host was brilliant. She made us very welcome and was very helpful. Dinner and breakfast was very good. Facilities were very good.

Area was nice, a lot of green space for outside games and is far away from other living areas, so is possible to make loud party's. Rooms quite clean. But at the beginning once we came it was really cold in mane house and it was feeling that owners was not prepared for guests

Relax.. it's fenced territory in a quiet cost of Asveja lake.. we have been where for two years in a row.. Always take a cottage and make the food by ourselves. The landlord is not disturbing, do you can feel as free as you want :) naked bath :) having sunbeds on the chaisse longs near your cottage.. the place ant time to relax...

I spend weekend with my company for teambuilding. First look , looks good and expensive, but if you look more detail everything is made from cheap materials, in some places you could hurt yourself. Wooden road and stairs to the lake is broken and danegeruos.
Service is terrible and very impolite. Food also terrible, snack it's mean sandwitches whitch looks like teenager did it for himself bread and low cost cheese. I didn't try dinner because of terrible look.
Everything saved our team and good evening with collegues.
