We were on the Sunshine Coast for my son's weekend hockey tournament. After checking the TripAdvisor reviews for the hotel the rest of the team booked, we opted for a B & B. My son did the research and found the Shades of Jade Inn and Spa. We stayed in the Tea Garden Suite. The room was well designed, spacious,...

Can't say enough good things about our experience here. We are already planning to return in the summer:) We stayed in the Tall Cedars suite which has everything you need, the bathroom is amazing and it is so quiet!

Stayed at Shades of Jade for two nights at end of October, and caught a last beautiful sunny day in late fall. The gravel - driftwood beach is only a couple of minutes away on foot. One of the reasons to go to Shades of Jade is to meet Sylvie, who is a great host and makes you feel right...

My husband and I recently stayed at Shades of Jade Inn and Spa for 2 nights. We received the stay as a gift from our family and live only 15 minutes away from the Inn. We had never stayed at a small Inn or B&B and were nervous that it would feel like we were staying in a strangers home....

Thank you Kim for the words of support and great review! We really appreciate it, as do our future guests :) I just wanted to note one thing- and don't worry, you are not the first nor the last - it's Sylvie (not Sophie) but I completely understand! We hope to see you both again soon, Sylvie and Will

We planned a last minute overnight stay on the Sunshine Coast and were very lucky to stay at Shades of Jade! The property was peaceful with beautiful landscaping. We stayed in the Tall Cedars suite - what a lovely room (modern oriental decor, fireplace, flat screen tv) with a fantastic bathroom (steam shower, bubble tub) and a private outdoor sitting...

We just returned from 5 nights at this charming B & B. The breakfasts are delicious, plus they're pretty to boot. Our suite had a steam shower, spa tub, plush towels and robes, a magnifying mirror (essential with my eyesight), a large flat-screen TV, a small, but efficient kitchen, fresh flowers and even a couple of complimentary truffles. Sylvie couldn't...

We enjoyed a wonderfully peaceful time at Shades of Jade Inn. Sylvie and Will were the most gracious and pleasant hosts. Breakfast was a work of art. The accommodations were soothing and deluxe. Their property is beautifully landscaped. The location is great for convenient touring along the Sunshine Coast.

Nestled in a forest of cedars, firs and holly bushes is the best inn/spa experience I've had since coming to BC fifteen years ago. Will & Sylvie have crafted a snug retreat that echoes Japanese hilltop shelters complete with a contemplative garden, outdoor hot tub and two separate, self-contained apartments for couples. The boutique spa offers a variety of hands-on...

We stayed at Shades of Jade for a weekend getaway as a couple. Situated amongst fragrant, tall cedars, Shades of Jade was picturesque. When we arrived, Will and Sylvie were the ultimate hosts. This resort consists of two rooms which are totally separate from the Inn keeper's space. This makes it very different from your typical B&B as you are...

Will & Sylvie were wonderful hosts and made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfasts were as attractive as they were delicious. The setting is a luxurious couples retreat surrounded by beautiful cedar trees swaying in the gentle breeze. The room was a very generous size with everything we could need for our stay including a steam shower for 2, attractive...
