ROOMS: clean but antiseptic--white tile floors, white walls, zero decor. Less dated than the Dan Inn but not significantly different. Not cozy at all. My room had a king bed but had been designed for 2 twins--all the outlets and light switches were behind my head. PROS: silent & effective air conditioners, common areas (nice pool and rec spaces); good...

We stayed here for a few weeks, had a very nice stay. The hotel is clean and well maintenanced. There is a poolarea, but for an european, it's located in the wrong direction, so there isn't much sun and the water in the pool must be cooled, but it was very nice and relaxing. The breakfast was good and also...

This hotel has a lot of really good things going for it, lots of facilities (gym, pool, games room etc) and is spotlessly clean. Sadly though it is let down by the quality of service. The bar in the lobby is never attended, and to get a drink involves asking at reception and a 20 minute wait. Check in took...

Very cozy hotel in the heart of Araraquara. The lobby is spacious perfectly cleaned and modern. Rooms are cozy, clean and bright. Air conditioning among the most silent I ever encountered. Bathroom spacious and functional. For those who like swimming pool, the one on offers may provide a lot of fun together with the play room and sauna. Service very...

I travel for work and I stay for long periods of time, Gran Hotel Morada do Sol was a very quiet comfortable place. The room was big, the bed was excellent, the service was very helpful and informative and friendly. The hotel is very nice and clean, close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. If you're on vacation or traveling for...

The hotel is very clean, peaceful, quiet and comfortable. The staff is pleasant and helpful. It's a good choice while in town. I would definitely return to this place. Breakfast is delicious and you can find all.sort of bread, cheese, feuits, cakes and whatever you feel like eating in the morning.

The hotel is very well located in the city centre, the rooms are spacious and the lobby is big, but that is it. There is noting special, because every thing is big all spaces looks empty. Furnitures and decorations looks old. Price is not worth because of location as the city is not big and does not take more than...

Good for the business traveler who only has to spend one night. The staff is friendly and helpful. The halls are dark, the doors and walls are very thin so noise from the hall and adjoining room can be disturbing especially the TV. The restaurant staff was very accommodating. The single bed was not very comfortable and very narrow. Interestingly,...

I have stayed in various hotels in Araraquara, this one has to be the best so far. I was surprised by how professional the reception employees were, spoke excellent English (maybe I got lucky), and very efficient check-in. I paid a bit extra and had a suite, on the top floor, 11B, I highly recommend spending the extra few dollars,...

The hotel was hosting a good portion of the conference I was attending. Stayed 6 nights here, the service was excellent, though English was not readily spoken by all staff. The place was clean throughout, though it is generally quite dated - particularly the rooms. The windows are just single-glazed and don't keep out the noise and cold. Wi-fi is...

“There is a lot of street noise and since all the rooms have a street view the way the hotel is sited, there is no escaping it. The rooms on the highest floors 10 or 11 are best, however the elevators are painfully slow.”
