Room price a bit high, adult food, service, everything else was good, but they should definitely introduce baby food menus! If my baby has nothing to eat, I do not go there!
We were there in late August and in early September the menu was halved. We had to eat only on that menu. If you want another type of food you have to book a few hours in advance.

The rooms are very clean, beds are good, extremely quiet and very clean. Staff is not fully trained and not great, food is average for the price you pay. Breakfast is good. Pool area very dangerous. Very slippery, every hour a kid would fall and scream in pain, no signs whatsoever around to let people know. No manager around to address any issues. We had stinn iron washing sponge in our food two meals straight and no one apologised or did anything else. The beach beds in front row are “reserved “ by the owner and are actually sold to daily clients, a complete lie to the hotel clients that pay quiet a lot. Drinks are good and good prices.
Breakfast table is filled with flies if you go first!

We didn’t actually stay at the hotel, but we used the beach area and we were amazed by the service.
The man in charge for the sun-beds was always there making sure that everyone was served and helped with moving the sunbeds or just if they needed something extra.

I’m Albanian but I have never ever been treated so good and never saw a man working with that attitude and professionalism, even tho its not that “important” job.

Give that guy a raise 😊

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel cuisine! The food is overpriced and the taste horrible. I ordered sea food pasta, and there were only 4-5 mussels and that’s all. Plus it was very greasy so i had to pass on it. We wanted some crudo shrimps too, and the waiter doubled the prices from what it was on the menu saying it was written wrongly. I am Albanian, but trust me we do not know a thing about running a successful business! We know nothing about Customer Experience, Customer satisfaction or stars (most decide on their own how many stars they’re gonna put to their hotel, which is ridiculous)! With that being said, beautiful hotel and restaurant but average in overall!

Great place for family holiday, very clean and spacious rooms. You will feel welcomed and supported by the manager and his staff, the best breakfast on all Albanian Riviera, well selected list of wines and sea food. 5 star from start to finish. 👏🏻

Having spent a lot of time in Albania, this was by far the best days of a 4 month-long trip spanning the entire country. From the moment we arrived, the staff took care of me and my wife. We couldn't believe that there breakfast was included in the price of the room, the quality of the food was incredible, from the wide selection of breakfast to the perfectly cooked Mediterranean Lamb in the evening, exquisite!

The hotel has a very interesting layout, there are 6 different vibes in the restaurant pool area, from; a luxury indoor restaurant, outdoor restaurant with a view of the Ionian Sea and outdoor pool, A massive (but still cosy) lounge area with cushions all surrounding a fire pit, pool chairs to take in the sun, a cabana to sit back with your kids or if you prefer, get some work done on your laptop with really high speed internet, and finally a chilled relaxed area, which seemed more like a prestigious bar you'd go to on a night out.

Honestly speaking to have all this within a few steps of each other, is no small task, and its really remarkable.

Saving the best to last, we had the pleasure of staying here during a full moon and to watch the view at night was incredible, the moon's brightness shining from the sea, with the sounds of the waves, this alone was worth every penny, not to mention the amazing service from the staff and attention to detail at your every request.

We will definitely be stopping by every time we visit Albania. Honestly, a treat like no other.

We stayed there for 8 nights, everything was perfect. I recommend this hotel for familes with little kids like us because it has the space the facilities that your childrens need. The service was perfect from the reception till the guys that work to the beach. They help you with everything to make your vacation unforgettable. The restaurant was very good and have kids menu too. The breakfast was very good. We have been at the all luxury hotels in south of albania but this is definitely the best.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are great and everything is clean and to a very high standard. The pool is immaculate and really lovely. It’s great for a family holiday if you have young kids, they are totally accommodated. The inclusive breakfast is brilliant, very fresh and a great selection of foods. The only thing that let it down for us was the restaurant at lunch and dinner. The menu is very limited to seafood, or some strange dishes. It’s the same menu for lunch and dinner and unfortunately the service wasn’t great. Over a few days we had numerous forgotten drinks or food items, and it took four or five tries to get a waiter to come over to us. For this reason we ended up eating out for the rest of the holiday at lunch and dinner. If this could be improved then this would be a 5 star hotel. I would definitely return anyway, it was a lovely holiday!

Beautiful stylish hotel, offering spacious and modern rooms. The restaurant offers good food and you may enjoy good wines or cocktails at the poolbar. The service is superb due the hotel trained and professional staff. The sea view and the sunsets are amazing from here. Very good value for money. Highly recommended.

We went to the miamar hotel recommended by friends who had been going there for 3 years. The hotel si very nice aesthetically, but around it unfortunately there is nothing to entertain you. The rooms were very clean ,but the reception staff was rude you could see that they had no experience. The pool very nice but you have to pay attention not to slip on the wet floor and in our opinion too small for the number of rooms. Breakfast not at the standard of a 5 star hotel .The service at the beach bar outrageous we waited 30 min for two coffes. Not to mention the restaurant service, arogant waiters who wanted to sell what they want. The kitchen not at the levels we had been told.Very cooked pasta, full of oil. Tasteless meat and tiramisu that was not a tiramisu. Everyone knows the tiramisu, and the one we eat was definitely a disaster. We can save only the sushi , basic but tasty .Structure
like the Miamar hotel needs professional staff in our opinion. Definitely won't be back and won't recommend the hotel
