North Beach is not a luxury resort. The biggest part of the price is for the splendid isolation. So don´t expect to be pampered. But the accomodation is really very good. We liked the food very much but you don´t have much choice. So it´s easier if you are not too picky. All alcoholic drinks including beer are at extra... More

A friend and I travelled to North Beach for four days - we feel like we were away for a week! It's the most serene, calm and beautiful place I've ever visited. Every day there was a new sky to watch, new sea life to explore and new sounds to listen to. This is the place to come if you... More

As a solo traveler looking for somewhere that would give me a total change from my day-to-day I was excited when I found North Beach. I wanted luxury, time to relax and to eat well. It did not disappoint. This was my first experience on such a remote island and I didn’t know what to expect. Given that one of... More

We had high hopes for the last few days of our holiday, at North Beach, where we had booked two cottages for three nights, paying a little under USD 3000. The resort is extremely remote, and I guess that this is the reason for the high price tag. The cottages themselves are very simple and not particularly well furnished, there... More

North Beach Resort If you'd like a bungalow right on the beach and if you enjoy the sound of the sea lulling you to sleep then this is the place for you. I spent 3 nights here and it was delightful. A short flight from Antigua to a 20 minute boat ride to get there through the mangroves. No roads.... More

I booked this trip on the recommendation of a friend to celebrate a special occasion and to recover from a pretty stressful time in our lives. Well I couldn't have asked for more. The location is definately remote, we went by plane from VC Bird airport - if you ask Rueben he will make the booking for you. This is... More

We spent six nights at North Beach and loved every minute - particularly after we had settled in and wound down to a very slow pace. You know that you are going someplace out of the way when you take a small eight-seater plane from Antigua and land 20 minutes later at the airstrip on Barbuda - island population somewhere... More

This is by far the most beautiful setting I have ever stayed in. The photographs are misleading. They don't even come close to doing justice to the pure magical beauty of North Beach. Arriving on an 8 seater plane we were met at the airport by North Beach's driver who drove us to the harbour minutes away. Rubin the owner... More

We went to Antigua and Barbuda this year for our family vacation and we are SO THRILLED that we took the ferry over to Barbuda and North Beach Cottages for four days. Rueben is wonderful and this place is amazing! I was traveling wth my husband and two daughters, ages three and four, and we cannot believe our luck in... More

We had a lovely week in Antigua and Barbuda, and spend 5 nights at North Beach. I agree with some of the recent reviews, it is as advertised; comfortable accommodation on a largely deserted beach - there were two other couples staying while we were there, although they only overlapped on one afternoon/evening. The beach is long and, given there... More
