How to describe this Italian adventure; "an experience, for me unlike any other". It is simply what you make of it - the advantage of being a single person, (30yrs),travelling alone is that I could totally immerse myself in the life style, afforded to by Patrizia and Paolo. The balance, of the excursions along with the pleasure of the cooking classes,were...

From the moment you are greeted by Paolo when he collects you and then meet Pat and your group somehow you are all friends. The villa is a quiet restful place with a great view. The excursions in the morning are off the beaten path and truly give you the essence of Tuscany that you can't get from a tour...

Pat and Paolo are fantastic hosts. Paolo is a passionate storyteller and showed me a side of Tuscany I would not have otherwise seen - stories of villas, monasteries, towns and even pizza! I told him that I felt like I knew Tuscany when I arrived and he just smiled and said 'maybe you will be surprised'. He was right....

Well, my husband and I just returned from a week with Pat & Paolo and they certainly exceeded all the expectations that I at least had. It was a nice balance of activity, rest at the home (not to be confused with "house"), cooking, and all around good times. I was a bit worried at first when we first arrived, mostly...

I want to thank Patricia and Paolo for opening up their home and hearts. The villa (farmhouse) is warm and inviting, and I felt comfortable traveling solo. I met the most wonderful loving people. We learned to cook local food that was so fresh and delicious. Pat is an amazing, spiritual woman that makes everyone feel special. Poalo took us...

Enjoyed the week with family and friends. Pat and Paolo really looked after us and made us feel at home. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were great. Had outings to several villages, Florence and to a biodynamic winery which we all enjoyed. Partook in several cooking classes and enjoyed the end result. The room we had was spacious and comfortable.
