Stayed for one night whilst on business, owners ensured that all my needs are met, room was lovely and breakfast was fantastic. I was even given a gift of some home made lavender soap for my wife by the owners, which was amazing. Highly recommended and I plan to return again.

Lyn and Steve make you feel welcome from the first minute you step through the door. The rooms are very comfortable, and the breakfast is great. It is just as good as when we visited last year, and we look forward to going again.

We stayed here for a night whilst on our way of the roses cycle ride and it was spot on. Very clean and tidy, comfy beds and a fantastic breakfast selection. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for only one night and wished it could have been longer. The room we had on the ground floor was excellent, very comfortable and lots of nice little extras in room. Breakfast was superb and very plentiful. A proper Yorkshire affair. We will certainly be returning here.

We stayed one night in this lovely, comfortable B&B. The room was a decent size with a lovely en suite bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The place was very clean and tastefully decorated. We had use of the dining room and kitchen if needed and there was a wide selection of DVDs to watch. The breakfast was good with a... More

I have stayed three times and it excels on every level. Steve & Lynne bend over backwards - even dropping us off and collecting us every day to start our walk (Nidderdale Way). Small touches and attention to detail are amazing - facial wipes, handmade luxury soap, chilled fresh milk in a flask, biscuits, mints, drinks & fresh flowers in... More

Steve and Lynne are friendly and unhelpful in an unfussy way. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts everything you could possibly want. It's a great locality to see so many beautiful places, and the town itself very attractive. Try Olly's Italian Restaurant.Thoroughly recommended B&B.

I had the single room recently for two nights. The welcome was exceptional and I was directed to free parking very close by. The room was not large but frankly, I wouldn't expect a single room to be. That said, there was a very nice en-suite (great shower), desk, bookcase and comfortable bed. Those extras you don't get in larger... More
