We stayed one night in August and found the room clean and newly renovated. There was a new fridge but no microwave or coffee machine. The bathroom was small and had no ceiling fan to air it out. This was ok since there is a small window you can open but may not be suitable in winter. We did notice that the door to our room has a large gap that needs to be addressed as you can see daylight through it and I'm sure it would allow cold air and maybe even snow in the winter. Instructions on how to use the TV would be helpful. Great idea to put up signs regarding no cannabis smoking on the premises.

I was attending a wedding in Newmarket and left finding a place to stay until the last minute. This place is pretty unremarkable-looking, but the desk service was friendly, and the room was very clean. Clearly some work had been put into it - parts of the bathroom were new, the bedding was new-looking, and everything looked well cared-for. I believe it recently underwent a change in ownership or management, which might explain why I had such a different experience than a lot reviewers here. If you just need somewhere to crash on a road-trip, this place will do the job well.

We were attending my nieces wedding in Bradford and this motel was suggested. All my family had travelled 4 to 5 hrs and we were told it was a great rate. I get the same rate at comfort in, etc and 20 x better. My husband and I stay in a lot of hotels for conferences, business, pleasure and we never ever complain about hotels, but this one is unbelievable. There are 12 rooms at the hotel and each one that we had OMG. It was dirty, floors uneven, cracks between door and frame, so bugs get in (which all of us had spiders etc), tubs were dirty with long hair (4 of the rooms), plywood by the door with a hole under plywood. Uneven outside door could cause someone to have a twisted ankle. No chairs in room, no nothing (coffeepot, extras ). Clean sheets and towels because we smelt them (thank god). The only reason we didn`t go, was because it was all booked, but had we known. A complete dump. Microwave in a few of the rooms, grosse. My brothers room - smelt like urine around the bed ugh. I would like to say I have stayed at worst..NEVER EVER and it shouldn`t be called suites..far from it. We went and bought chairs at walwart to sit outside, couldn`tcarry any from the rooms (NONE). No owner or worker, he left at 9:30 Friday and no one around all weekend.
