My family and I booked this cottage for a relaxing weekend away from it all, and that's exactly what we got. The well appointed chapel conversion is situated in quiet village in a picturesque valley, a short walk from two charming country pubs. We chose to spend the majority of our time in the cottage, eating, chatting and playing board games; a mini-hibernation. Worked a treat, since we all came away fully recharged to take on the Christmas shopping.

Comfy self-contained (nearly) accommodation with a bedroom upstairs and a sofa/TV dining area downstairs (this links through to the main part of the house but your privacy is maintained at all times). We were greeted warmly by our excellent hosts who were only too pleased to assist us with our questions etc... No issues with the bed, bathroom or breakfast (veggies catered for too). The off-road parking on to a tarmac'd area in the front garden is a bit of a squeeze and takes a bit of getting used to. Chapel itself is not touristy but has enough restaurants/pubs to keep you interested for a week or so and well positioned for surrounding attractions. Well worth a stay.

My wife and I stayed here just for 1 night on Saturday 16th August but we will definitely be back again soon. Very spacious accommodation split over 2 floors however felt very cosy and private. Fred & Lynn are great hosts sharing lots of local information about the area and preparing a smashing breakfast. Highly recommended.
