What started as a nice city trip on Saturday April 22, 2017 became a dump. My husband and I arrived at the hotel CABINN SCANDINAVIA at 13.00. When my husband walked to the desk with the reservation papers to check us in, the male counter employee Mr. Mads Frederiksen bearly looked at him and said, the hotel check in is...

Copenhagen is a beatiful, but not cheap city. Cabinn Scandinavia is relatively inexpensive and at convenient location near the Forum metro station. So there must be a catch. Due to low price, frequent guests are young people apparently coming to Copenhagen primarily to drink a lot, smoke in the room and make noise half the night. The bathroom is ultra...

Copenhagen is expensive. We are a family of four with two teens. The only pro of the hotel is that it is cheap...relatively speaking to other places in Copenhagen. The beds are stacked in an interesting fashion and you have to make them yourselves. The bathroom is like an airplane bathroom with a shower. It has a reasonably priced breakfast...

The family room as they call it, are 3 bunk beds stacked up on each other and a pull out cot that is a thin mat on a metal frame (not comfortable at all). The top bunk is not suitable for children as it's about 3 to 4 meters up and has wide spaces in the railing. The next bunk...

Very basic hotel in downtown Copenhagen. Very small room with small bed, bathroom that is not convenient (be aware when you have a shower, the whole bathroom will be completely wet) and breakfast more than basic. Not worth the price.

Cabinn Scandinavia is in a good location, 10 min walk from city center. The room standard is small with 3 single beds. Good quality beds, we had a nice sleep.. bathroom is very small, but clean and it was ok. there is shampoo soaps and towels in the room but no hairdryer. If you like a good location and only...

The room is small and if you request a twin bed, it's two single beds pushed together 😕The "bathroom" is a complete joke; it's no bigger than an airplane toilet and the shower is just a shower head stuck to the ceiling. You have to turn on the tap in the sink then turn on the shower. Once the shower...

Recently was in Copenhagen for the night ..decided to stay here and was great place in the centre of the city..metro just around the corner to shuttle u across the city and buses ...room is small with bunk beds and a pull out bed..shower is small and tight ...but it's what I needed just for the night 👌...breakfast is nice...

This is the sentence you can find at entrance...and that's the truth. There are a lots of mini-room per float, but I found not so much noise. Room is for 3 people and is small: you can just go to sleep and have a shower (in 1 squared meter you have wc, shower, and sink). Anyway, room is clean enough...I...

Tiny, hot room with awkward bathroom. Close to metro though (Forum). Not the best in terms of comfort. Room fluctuated between too hot and too cold. Woke up multiple times pulling blanket on and then kicking the blanket off the bed. To fix problem, slept with the window open (in the middle of December) just to stabilize the temperature of...

Staying in Frederiksberg

Neighbourhood Profile
Located between Noerrebro and Vesterbro you’ll find Frederiksberg, which is actually a municipality in itself but completely surrounded by Copenhagen. Here there are several fine theaters, from the experimental to the great Det Ny Teater (The New Theater) which specializes in transcribing the great London and New York musicals into Danish, and has done so for several years with huge success. In Frederiksberg you’ll find Denmark’s most beautiful (and expensive) city villas. These 4-5 square miles form the Beverly Hills of Copenhagen. Here you’ll also find Frederiksberg Have (Garden) which sports huge outdoor concerts, from classical to electronic dance music. To top it off, dining options range from cozy family restaurants to some of the area’s most trendy cafés.
