OK, so it's cheap. The reason we stayed here was that we happened to be visiting in Aug 2005 when there was a huge fashion week going on. We would have liked something a little more upmarket, but it literally was the only hotel with a room I could find. Knowing this, my partner and I didn't complain. It is...

My husband and I spent eight days at the Cab-Inn Scandiavia while attending the Rotary Interntional Conference. We were quite happy there: Although the rooms are small by USA standards, in fact they resemble ship cabins (hence their name? Cab-Inn?), they are quite adequate, reasonably priced, in a charming quiet neighborhood right near wonderful running paths and about 2 blocks...

and even the one dot is too much ! i must be honest, we didn't stay at the hotel. we checked in at the reception(wich is more of a cafe than a reception - gloomy, smokey and not very clean), got into our room, allowed what we saw to make our heads spin, went down again, asked a refund and...

The cab inn was better than expected. OK yes the room is on the small side but it has everything you need, its clean and very comfortable. We didnt go to Copenhagen to spend time in the room so was perfect for what we wanted. The staff were also very helpful. The location is good for the price you pay...

Stayed at CabInn July 2004 and it was no sucess! The rooms are terribly small (Commodore Class). The hotel in general was terribly hot and although they claim to have a aircondition it felt like a sauna. The carpets were dirty and the bed was so close to the window that I was afraid to fall out during sleep. The...

The Cab Inn Scandinavia is set in a very quiet and clean area of Copenhagen, not more than a kilometre from all the major sights in Copenhagen. The hotel itself is situated next to a man made lake, the perfect setting for those who like to jog in the morning or if you want to partake in some drinking al...

Badly located, rooms too small to be true. Ok, it is not expensive in Copenhagen, but it's not worth the money.

I totally disagree with the previous review, though the room is small and functional. For the money I thought it was good value. Hotels in Copenhagen are very expensive and we didn't have lots of money to throw around. The beds, which you had to make yourself (took about a minute tops!!), were very comfy and you could lie in...

Not an Hotel but just a hole with a bathroom smaller than the elevator. The hot water pot was dirty so unusable. The bed was not made. You have to make it by your self... The breakfast is in a poor room with nothing to share with a dinning room. Small small small...Just terrible.

Staying in Frederiksberg

Neighbourhood Profile
Frederiksberg
Located between Noerrebro and Vesterbro you’ll find Frederiksberg, which is actually a municipality in itself but completely surrounded by Copenhagen. Here there are several fine theaters, from the experimental to the great Det Ny Teater (The New Theater) which specializes in transcribing the great London and New York musicals into Danish, and has done so for several years with huge success. In Frederiksberg you’ll find Denmark’s most beautiful (and expensive) city villas. These 4-5 square miles form the Beverly Hills of Copenhagen. Here you’ll also find Frederiksberg Have (Garden) which sports huge outdoor concerts, from classical to electronic dance music. To top it off, dining options range from cozy family restaurants to some of the area’s most trendy cafés.
