Unfriendly and unhelpful service by one particular female staff member. No lift and no offer of help to take baggage to your room. Basic and uninspiring breakfast and dinner. No one serving in the bar past 9/9.30pm. You have to pay by cash each night. Room ok and good proximity to ski slope.

It's a young couple who have the hotel. They do all the work, cleaning, cooking, reception ect. The food is not fancy but nice and simple, not so kids friendly, and one day there were not enough dessert. And the last day the breakfast was late. But some how it was ok. I would recommend it to other people, but...

We came here for the skiing, which was great. Not too crowded and wide slopes. The hotel is ideally suited for those who want a clean comfortable hotel with reasonable amenities very close to the ski field. It is also walking distance to the village and supermarkets. I was here 2 times this winter - in Jan and in March - and by purpose. First of all Fieberbrunn is a great ski center (no crowd and quality lifts + slopes, also great for freeride) and this hotel is a good choice. The hotel is situated very close to the skilifts. The rooms are ok. The dinners were very poor, everything were made from frosted stuffs. There is no WIFI everywere in the hotel....
