It is clean, in an excellent location and very good value for money.
Close to the tourist sites and a short walk to the Mekong River. The wifi is also very good here

Reviewed 6 February 2015 The room upstairs was huge, full of light and beautiful. The bed was comfortable and clean and the bathroom had a nice shower with hot water.
The location is excellent and, for the price paid, it was a very good deal.
