This place is not as advertised. First, you're required to pay a $400 security deposit which isn't advertised but you find out via a lengthy email. The most shocking thing was that you have to clean your entire place to a crazy standard (see photos). It means we never fully relaxed. It's not welcoming at all. In a motel (and for the same price) you would receive toiletries, tea and coffee and milk. There are NONE of these provided. Also my room was NOT serviced during the day. After paying $220+$400 for the room I was very disappointed. The place needs renovating. A lot of dust, rust and the shower leaks because the door is broken. The bed isn't stable and if you sit on it the mattress will go through the fantastic-furniture style base. Won't stay again.

We wanted to stay in Jervis Bay for the night and found this accommodation on AirBNB.The contact person Kate said there were something wrong on Airbnb. She can't accept my booking. If I book straight from her, same price and a little bit cheaper than booking.com. I gave her my credit card detail and personal information. But she told too late. We need to drive down to Jervis Bay. I didn't have enough time to read all terms and conditions she set. After booking, i received an email saying we had to self-clean the whole apartment or pay a $85 cleaning fee and prepaid $400 damage deposit. When we returned the accommodation and started to do the bed, I found one female used pantie was left on the bed under the cushion. How disgusting that was! I tried to call Kate twice, but no one answer. I was unhappy to sleep on the bed and felt it's not clean. The next day, we spent nearly one hour to clean up the whole place even cleaner than before, left used linens and towels on the floor in the bathroom, and threw rubbish into the bin outside. 2 weeks later, I didn't receive the $400 deposit back. I emailed Kate, she said I left the place unclean and messy, and sent me some which were not ours. 2 days later, I found my credit card has been deducted for another $100 before she informed me that was administration fee at $55/per hour. That's ridiculous! I had no idea what's happening. Why she can use my credit card again after 2 or 3 weeks later of the booking. Thus, I highly not recommend anyone to book this accommodation. You would either be charge extra $85 cleaning fee or $400 unclean fee on top of the room charge, even you clean up everything.

I booked two nights here they immideatley took the payment from my account. Upon arriving in the area I was told that I had to pay $400 as a deposit for any damages I explained to her that I did not have that amount. I was told to contact Agoda because I booked through them for changes to my booking. Although the deposit is refundable after five days it is costly and inconvenient to some guests. You also have to pay $85 cleaning fee on top of that or you have to clean it yourself. If that is not enough you need to bring your own towels pillows the list goes on. I ended up not staying with them tried to get my refund negotiated by Agoda I could not get a refund so I lost all that money without staying at the property. Read REVIEWS and the BOOKING conditions before booking a costly lesson that I learnt. They are not flexible at all or empathize with anyone during this tough times. All they want is your money. My advise is stay away from them there are many better accommodations around the area with lovely people and you dont have to pay $400 and dont have to clean which is ridiculous. Book with people who will help you NOT this scammers.

Brief overnight stay. An obvious lack of maintenance and cleaning. Paid a substantial amount for the night, and had to make our own bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. Could feel every spring. The small verandah which was supposed to have 'ocean views' was filthy with the chairs covered in cobwebs and certainly no ocean views. No aircon and Windows rattled continuously whether open or closed. It was in the backstreets of Vincentia. To top it off we were charged a $65 cleaning fee after leaving the place cleaner than we found it. We were in the unit only to sleep one night leaving early the following morning after checking in very late the previous afternoon and going out for dinner. This charge came after my wife left a review on trip advisor. Very poor.

Booked to stay end of October as we were all so called free and found out dates have changed. So rang owners personally as we all are having a rough time and wanted a change of date not a refund as we also had a wedding. Wanted to keep the money in small business and was met with no offer of change was told bad luck should of not booked till closer we are a budget one and was so disappointed with short ended response so unaustralian and greedy.

After seeing most of the comments here I was skeptical but decided to take a chance. The family who run it were fine to deal with, understanding and generally polite to be with. Kate had explained the payment methods and her concerns over many previous clients damaging the property then claiming fail. The food in Husky was ace and the local beaches were excellent. I can see the other reviews and can't believe them to be true. They treated me with dignity and respect when I gave it back. The world is about manners and this is the same case down there. I highly recommend this little family run business and encourage people to be understanding for there service.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Booked this place last minute for a road trip and got evicted without NO warning at all. Even took out my money before I even arrived + a $400 bond that was not formally written and sent through a message on booking.com. Rules and regulations were not formally written either. I was spammed on booking.com but when I tried to cancel the place Kate did not pick up. Also, there are security cameras EVERYWHERE which is an invasion of privacy. Teenagers out in the front drinking, gambling and partying but we got kicked out for being too “noisy”? Even though we were only there for less than an hour! This place is a scam for sure!

Booked this at the last minute for a very brief overnight stay. I understand it is peak season so expect to pay extra. However, On booking.com this place is advertised as Jervis Bay Seaview Apartments, not Bella Villas of Jervis Bay. So we expected a ‘Seaview’. There were glimpses of the ocean from the filthy verandah. The outdoor chairs were covered in cobwebs, and obviously haven’t been cleaned in ages. We paid just over $340 for a unit which can be either a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom unit . They just lock the doors to the rooms you haven’t booked. We could feel the springs in the mattress and were provided sheets and a doona to make the bed ourselves. No air conditioning. Windows rattled in the wind. We were advised we had to either ‘self clean’ before we left or a $60+ cleaning fee would be charged. And it was in the backstreets of Vincentia and not an appealing looking set of units inside or out!

SCAM! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! We were evicted by Kate the owner within an hour over a baseless assumption that we were noisy, damaged her floors and bringing more people over when that was not the case. She took our nights stay and extra $400 bond money. We tried talking to kate but she has not answered our calls.
