With so many negative comments, why do you as the operator, fail to reply to any of your guests problem and comments. After two years I still feel hurt about a week of my stay in Australia being spoilt by your over priced and badly run, broken down, so called resort. It's still the same I see from comments in the last few days, nothing seems to have changed.
You are a poor advertisement for Australia.

Sorry. I was trying to make a statement to the operator. Who must find is so easy to get client does not care a dot, for repeats, reputation or value for money or client satisfaction. Certainly in two years the same stuff is being dished out. I just hope we can stop others being dissapointed by telling it as it is, ones holiday time is so valuable.
