We had a one night stay here. Our hosts Annette and Rob were just so accommodating.
Our en-suite room was very comfortable, and the common area was like our own lounge room.
Breakfast was 5 star. It is obvious that the owners have put a lot of thought and love into their place.

We decided spontaneously to stay the night and were lucky that they had a room available.

What’s hot: Top location very close to the beach, and the hosts are absolutely lovely.
What’s not: Nothing significant.
The X-factor: You can see and hear the ocean from the balcony, and the breakfast setting overlooking the tree tops was stunning.

We stayed at Annette and Rob's beautiful B & B last weekend. Lovely house and beautiful surroundings in a very quiet setting. Annette and Rob are fabulous hosts and couldn't do enough for us. The lovely accommodation is very tidy and immaculately clean with maximum attention to detail. We had the spa room, and it was lovely after a long week at work and the drive down from Sydney. The bed was sooo comfortable and the linen and pillows were lovely. I normally would take my own pillow, but the one provided was just as good as my own! The breakfast provided was fabulous, fresh fruit juice, fresh plate of seasonal fruits, museli and yoghurts. After that there was bacon and eggs and coffee. On the second morning Annette provided avocado, coriander, chilli smashed on toast with a poached egg on top - yummy! Sitting out on there deck in the morning was very pleasant and relaxing with water views and lots of bird life. They have 2 lovely litlle dogs who are very friendly. The back yard was a tranquil setting under a big, beautiful gum tree. All day tea and coffee facilities are available just outside the rooms as well as a fridge to keep your drinks cold. A huge TV is in the same area if you wish to just curl up on the comfy sofa. There are ample glasses and crockery, utensils and a microwave and there is a BBQ on your own private deck if you wish to stay in. Annette and Rob are the perfect hosts and can give you ideas on how to explore this beautiful part of Australia. It is very private and as there are only 2 rooms, very peaceful. There are so many beautiful beaches around the area, some you can walk to, some you will need to take the car. We will back to visit Annette and Rob again very soon. Thanks again Annette and Rob.

We wanted to stay two nights at tree tops b&b but we had to cancel our stay because of the very bad weather conditions and flood warning for the coast. We will defently stay at tree tops next time we are coming to Australia!

We've just returned home from staying in Treetops for 3 nights in January 2018 and we are already planning our return visit - it was the most perfect weekend getaway. Annette and Rob are such a lovely, friendly couple who obviously take great pride and joy in sharing their beautiful home and knowledge of the stunning area they live in with anyone lucky enough to stay with them.
Every morning we were treated to the most delicious home cooked breakfast, lovingly made by Annette, which we enjoyed on the spectacular terrace with a view out to Jervis Bay. No request was too much trouble and we were treated to Annette and Rob's insider knowledge of all the best local beaches (and which ones to go to to avoid all the pesky tourists... like us!).
We stayed in the room with an ensuite spa bath, which was a lovely way to relax after a hard day of enjoying the local beaches. The room was spotless and had its own private decking with a view out across the beautiful garden.
I would recommend Treetops to anyone staying in the Jervis Bay area, we will certainly be back. Annette and Rob - thank you so much for your hospitality and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

We stayed at Treetops for a week over the Christmas week. There were nine adults on the property, with four kids, and it is fair to say that a good time was had by all. The property offers considerable accommodation, well maintained and up-dated, with the only down-side probably the fact that two of the downstairs bedrooms lack an ensuite (may provide privacy issue for B&B guests). There is a very good kitchen, a barbecue that cooks to perfection and a very large and comfortable living area on the first floor. There is a very good supply of crockery and cutlery, glassware and the accoutrements of cooking. A family will have a very good time here: whether eating or lounging, there are spaces for privacy as well as areas for communal entertainment and dining. The property is a short way (on a hill) from the many lovely beaches of Jervis Bay - this may mot be ideal for older folks seeking a true beachside holiday.

We had a last minute limited-time get away from our kids and ended up at Tree Tops, it was perfect for our requirements. Immaculately presented and clean, walking distance to the beach and local shops, delicious breakfast and fabulous hosts. Thank you Annette and Rob for all the local knowledge, comfy bed, beautiful house and peaceful get away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay with Annette and Rob.
The accommodation was modern, immaculately presented and very comfortable.
Rob and Annette were wonderful hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them.
They provided tourist advice and delicious healthy breakfasts.
Treetops is conveniently located in the Jervis Bay area, within walking distance of white sandy beaches, a short drive to Booderie National Park and close to the great eateries at Huskisson.
We highly recommend this B&B for a South Coast get away.

Not to mention the breakfast was delicious.
I'd highly recommend the B&B to friends and family and would certainly go back.

We stayed at the treetop just 2 nights and we completely love it.
The position is absolutely perfect, the room was clean, bright, the balcony had a beautiful view, the toilet was clean and perfect, and you can tell they looking after all the small details.
Annette and Rob are great people, from the first moment we arrived they welcome us very warmly, we arrange the breakfast time and we had a chat about where to go for dinner.
Suggestions 10 out of 10, we loved every single place we visit (thanks Rob for showing us the map and tell us all the little secrets spots).
The breakfast is my favorite part. Annette cook breakfast her self, we had fruit on the table both days, fresh orange juice, nice coffee and amazing food. (the french toast was just outstanding).
When you stayed at the Tree Tops you feel like you are visiting friends or family, the place is very small and private, and Annette and Rob will looking after you exactly like a family.
Thanks again for everything, we will be back, and we will recommend this to all our friends!
