The first pool is the hottest but its the merkiest as well. The bigger pools are no longer hot. I can still remember when I was younger the hottest portion is the top most. It's probably because they have cemented the water beds thats why its no longer hot.

Water is not hot; it's not even decently lukewarm. Water is murky. What's good though are the snow-like things falling from the big trees. If you decide to be here, visit the place by early evening. Major improvements are needed.

If you're looking for a fancy kind of place, this isn't the place for you. I would strictly put this resort as a place for budget travellers. We stayed here for two nights. The rooms are old, a little dirty, and the steps that lead to some rooms are a bit hazardous (since they use piles of rocks). The toilet's...

Wow, so many people all cramming into these lovely natural pools. The water is pleasantly warm and the kids all love it. If it weren't for the crowds and the hustle and bustle, this place would be even better and I would want to stay all day.

We have been to Ardent many times over the years and have enjoyed our visits. However today and the last time we were there we noticed it was very unclean. There was garbage inside and outside the showers and cr, and the shower drains were plugged. What has happened to the maintenance? Those comments about the temperature - Ardent has...

A night-time visit to ardent hot spring is popular among tourists. The facilities need improvement! Most especially the shower rooms and toilets. However, this place is still a place-to-visit in Camiguin. One can see smoke rising from the spring. Thus, this place is still recommended.

Ardent Hot Springs is fairly far from the main road - better to have your own vehicle or hire a motorcycle to get there especially if you're staying until evening. It's a good place to relax and unwind after a long day - they also sell alcoholic beverages aside from the usual meals and drinks. Entrance is waived for locals...

Since I have been to other hot spring before, I can say that this one is more of a warm spring. The cascading pools are very nice because you can pick a spot that suits your swimming skills. Entrance fee and cottage rentals are reasonably priced and the place is well lighted so swimming is possible even in the evening.

It was high on everyones suggestion that we visit this place. So in our last night, we did. The place is disapppointing because we had such high expectations. It was night time and there were so many mosquitoes. Food is expensive and not tasty. So if you do come, bring your own food. Also, come in the early morning as most...

For 30 peso entrance you can use all the pools for the entire day. Very therapeutic. Calms the nerves after a busy day. Water at the warmest pool was just 35 degrees C. Water was absolutely clean. Also would get to see a variety of plants and trees.

“Not sure if there are rooms.”

“If you're visiting during the cooler months, a non-A/C room will be fine (and cheaper). We had an A/C room, but had to turn it off because the natural cool air is enough to give us a restful sleep. Also, you may choose rooms farther from the pool area if you want a good rest because there are night swimmers who may disturb your sleep.”

“You do not have to pay for the entrance fee for the driver. Lower right side pool is the hottest.”

“You can choose the rooms near the pool area. One reason is that its very near the pool, its just a walk away if you want to swim. Second, during the night the loud noises from Karaokes and other bands playing in the nearby area are much moderate there. Plus its very near the dining area, which is also the Karaoke Bar.”
