We chose thia place to relax for a few days away from the rush and bustle of the tourist areas of Turkey. It was a very good choice. Up in the hills overlooking Sirince village it was just the sort of contrast we required. It is not a cheap place by the standards of the district. However the food at...

What a spectacular place with eye-popping views. My wife and I and seven friends had a glorious, though brief stay. This ain't your Holiday Inn. Each room/house has a unique look, feel and personality that gets you into the country in a way that is comfortable, cozy and incredibly interesting. Staff are wonderfully accommodating and friendly. Breakfast in the upper...

Picked the Nisanyan through reviews on tripadvisor. Had been to Ephesus before but this time, we were checking out places for a family trip in September. What a lovely surprise the Nisanyan turned out to be! Could not have asked for a more startling differnce from the valley below. Sitting at a table with a glass of really good red---we...

We arrived in the middle of the night, so Nisanyan was particularly difficult to find. It's an uphill drive on twisty dirt roads, so you can only imagine our surprise to wake up the next morning to find that we had been transported to a charming Tuscan villa! It was my friend's birthday, and the staff remembered my special request,...

Our family of 4, concluding children aged 8 & 10 stayed here in 2 of the cottages and it was absolutely beautiful! After a long flight and then drive from Izmir in torrential rain we encountered "the hill" ... It was dark and rainy and scary but well worth every bump as we were shown to our rooms ... They...

Writing this from Bodrum, our last stop on an amazing two week trip through Romania and Turkey. Ensconced in the luxury of the Marmara Bodrum, we are already reminiscing about the two wonderful days we spent at the Nisanyan in Sirince, and I have a feeling we will be retelling the story of our stay for a long time to...

We spent two nights here and wished we could stay much longer. Our cottage was comfortable, clean, and beautifully furnished. The walk from our cottage to the main building for dinner was great: winding cobblestone path with a multitude of greenery and flowers along the way. We walked to the village through hillside streets and enjoyed the local market. The...

After a somewhat unnerving ride up the mountain you reach paradise. We arrived at the hotel late afternoon and had to check out early AM to tour Ephasus. We had just enough time to enjoy the sweet welcome drinks, amazing FRESH food (you have to order dinner an hour before) and amazing views and wildlife. The dinner was completely worth...

First, keep in mind if you are drving, your girlfriend may grab your leg in fear as you drive up the very steap and narrow road up the hill to get to the hotel! The hotel is not hard to find as there are many markings, but the road up is rough. The property itself is beautiful, although our room...

Very much a quiet retreat. We stayed in a cottage which had plenty of charm yet with enough modern amenities to make it comfortable without being luxurious. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The small pool area is lovely to sit at to enjoy the view of the surrounding hills and countryside...
