Your lakeside retreat awaits! Colchester Harbour Guest House is a Bed & Breakfast with a difference. The peaceful surroundings of Colchester Village and marina offer a public beach, splash pad and park, boat ramp and local restaurants... a great place to kick back and relax! It is also situated on two cycling pathway systems- The Chrysler Greenway rail trail and The Great Waterfront Trail which extends to Quebec. Local bird observation opportunities abound as migrating birds pass overhead seeking a safe crossing over Lake Erie in the Fall. Located within 30 minutes drive of Point Pelee Provincial Park, Holiday Beach Conservation Park and Jack Miner's Bird Sanctuary, a bird enthusiast can easily enhance their experience! History buffs can enjoy the local school, cemetery and church dating back to the early 1800's and/or visit Fort Malden. Local wineries offer a wide range of food and drink. So come and experience our hospitality!

I could use many words to glow about the fabulous hospitality, the serene view of Lake Erie, the yummy breakfasts, our beautiful room with the unexpected whirlpool bath, Anne's wealth of knowledge about the area, Dennis's wry sense of humour, the library of local history and the proximity to tons of vineyards, but I think one word will do to describe our stay at the Colchester Harbour Guest House: PERFECT.

This is a quaint bed and breakfast right on the waterfront. From the moment you walk in the door you know that you have arrived somewhere special. Anne and Dennis have taken great care and love in ensuring that their guests are comfortable and well nourished. The home is spotless with lovely decor and art work. Anne and Dennis are great conversationalists however you will not have a problem finding solitude at their solitude. I was there for a weekend retreat and did not want to leave! Thank you Dennis and Anne. Yours is a special place.

My wife and I spent an evening in this quaint beautiful bed and breakfast looking out Lake Erie. The view was magnificent. The facility was spotless. Our hosts Anne and Dennis made us feel really welcome. We were in the area for a wedding. Anne drove us to the wedding reception and came to pick us up. In the morning she made us a wonderful breakfast. Coffee, juice, fruit, egg and potato casserole, muffins and cinnamon iced cake. She even packed a bit of everything for us to take with us on our 5 hour trip back home. If you are ever in the Harrow area and are looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend the Colchester Harbour Guest House. You will love it as much as we did.

Thank you, John, for the fine review! We certainly were happy to host you during your family wedding in our area. St. Joseph's Church and the River Canard area hold many good memories which we enjoyed during your stay. Almost felt that we should be family somehow... Hope all is well and that we will have the pleasure of meeting again soon!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Colchester Harbour Guest House. The venue and accommodations are perfect in every way. The views and tranquility were amazing. Dennis and Anne treated us like family and made sure that all our needs were taken care of. We were attending a wedding close by and Anne even took the trouble to drive us to the wedding and then returned to pick us up. The next morning we were treated to an over the top breakfast, freshly prepared by Anne. We highly recommend this beautiful retreat. Thank you Dennis and Anne for your special hospitality.

My husband and I booked 3 nights at the Colchester Harbour Guest House. What a treat, and a lovely retreat during a busy family wedding and other activities. Dennis & Anne are warm and charming hosts who work hard to ensure their guests are comfortable! The Legacy Room is beautifully appointed, with a lovely living room and kitchenette, and access to a private deck overlooking the beautiful garden facing the harbour and marina. Watching the many species of birds became part of our day. The Beneteaus share their appreciation of the area with personal historical and local knowledge. We highly recommend staying at the Colchester Harbour Guest House!
