I needed a night's accommodation quickly due to an illness in the family and wanted to be near the Austin Hospital. If I had known what Breakfre was like I would have travelled the extra distance and gone into the City - certainly not up to my standard. Shabby (and not shabby chic!)

Hi, Thanks for your feedback, and apologies we weren't able to meet your expectations. For a more up scale experience we would recommend the Mantra 4 Star hotel next door to us, which although a touch more expensive is at a much higher standard, all the best & safe travels, Raph Hotel Manager

Apart from a regular problem I have (bed too small for a taller person) I find it easy to find, easy to park and I feel safe. I would like to see all free to air TV channels be made available as I am a racing fan and could not get channel 78. Early morning coffee reading the papers provided...

Overall I had a good stay. I stayed two nights the first night in a double room which was nice and the second in a single room which was very compact but comfy, the single room has a shower and toilet that are basically in the same place which is annoying. Although having the single room available at a much...

I booked this place for 9 nights but an emergency came up and had to leave after 2 nights. I gave them my credit details for refund but they charged me $650 without my authorization. I only gave them this particular card for refund and saw that transaction after an hour. I tried to contact them but did not get...

Hi, Thanks for your feedback regarding your experience with us. We do take credit card details for all reservations as a security measure, which is industry standard at all hotels. Assuming a guest leaves without informing us, and it is a 9 night stay, then we would in fact charge the credit card. That is precisely what it is taken...

This place was nothing what we saw on the pics. Had the worst experience. The rooms felt like a cell and the bed was uncomfortable. Felt like a halfway house. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Pricing reasonable, handy with parking and all other emenities, easy to find, staff very nice and helpful, the only thing if I had to point something negative out would have been the carpets, they need replacing

Horrifically over expensive for a terrible location and awful service. Key cards stop working on average once a day, mine has stopped three times in the last hour. Wifi is patchy at best and sometimes drops out completely for long periods of time. Kitchens small and ovens unrealiable - some don't cook food at all, others burn it within minutes....

The room had everything I needed for a night. Breakfast was tasty and it was convenient for where I was going. The fire alarm in the middle of the night was calmly handled. The room was clean, and even though it reminded me of university residentials and was compact in size, it was all I required.
