We stayed 8 nights at this property. We book the stay in a Family Superior room relying on good reviews and the online booking service of their site, a bit cumbersome but efficient.
On arrival we are assigned the room, but not at all up to a superior in a 4-star hotel. The room is quite dated, clean, but a cramped bathroom of 3 sqm is not from superior room. On the other hand, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, on TV we also have sky, there is a kettle, space for two people is more than enough, so in the end you do not complain. But I repeat: a superior room of a 4-star hotel is something else...
We go down to the spa: unfortunately this is not a spa, because first of all there is not enough tranquility both before and after 5 pm, when children could no longer access it. But it's not the kids that are the problem. There is no control, it is not enough to write "silence is welcome", because there is no one who respects it. Perhaps we need clearer and more precise indications with a more marked division of environments, because otherwise people behave as at the Point of Sale, at the expense of the tranquility of others. I'm not saying I have a "South Tyrol" style nudist environment where not a single fly flies enough to be disconnected from the world when inside, but here it seems to be often at the Point of Sale.
In the sauna you enter after taking a shower with SOAP, and the shower present is without it. A very large bathroom near the sauna with a door that does not close is not very useful. The ice fountain is not made to rinse your armpits after the sauna (yes, we have seen this too..), you do not enter the sauna and / or Turkish bath with the swimming cap (in theory you should not enter even with the costume...), and then in the sauna and in general in the surrounding areas, including the relaxation room you are SHUT UP. I won't dwell any longer, I think I've got the idea... Nice aufguss, that's a nice positive note.
We haven't tried some of the services listed below, so we can't judge them: 1) the massage card. 2) the excursions with guide present in the program, but some indications were very useful to organize ourselves. I admit that I had been meaning to visit this facility for a few years. I decided to "switch off" for two days with my partner. The impression was immediately excellent. All the staff, from the owners, to the very professional and prepared catering service. Mr. Massimo elegantly conducts an orchestra where everyone plays a main instrument. Excellent breakfast, rich snack and choice for dinner (the appetizer buffet would already fill me up). Consistent prices for what is excluded from the menu. Strategic location just a stone's throw from the pleasant center of the Fair (suggestive with the lights) where everyone seems really genuine. The SPA with indoor pool, relaxation area, sauna, Turkish bath, herbal teas and spring water is a panacea. Obviously we need to act strategically to avoid crowding. Then hope for the education of the other guests. Tried a 45 minute relaxing massage and found the operators to be professional and trained. In the room, very clean like every environment, I noticed details where action could be taken to touch up "the signs of age". Convenient and safe parking in front of the structure. A guide inspires you to visit mountain pastures and natural treasures as well as accompanying you on food and wine tours at no additional cost, plus it warms up the evenings for those who love to socialize by creating entertainment. 23.2-25.2 room 404 end of holidays... Holiday rating 5 stars. We arrived in a great snow atmosphere, it was easy to find the hotel because it was really at the beginning of the pedestrian area. Full parking space but a few steps away from other free parking. As a family, we stayed for six nights. We had a very good time and appreciated the hotel's included services, such as the daily excursions organized with the excellent Valerio, the engaging mini club led by the talented Aleandra (who, however, is alone and not enough for all the children), the rental bike with stroller for the little ones, the availability of trekking strollers or child carrier backpacks. We really appreciated the chef's excellent cuisine, the kindness of the dining room staff, and the delicious afternoon snack. Unfortunately we didn't use the spa much but it remains a pleasant place and never too crowded. The outdoor swimming pool is brand new and very comfortable even though it is located in a new wing of the hotel which is now still a construction site. We appreciated the room less, a suite that did not give us the expected comfort. The rooms are small for suites and the ceramic stove, although beautiful and useful in winter, is of no use in summer and takes up space. The rooms in general are old and almost all have carpet which I hate. We advise Mr. Elio and his staff to inform guests of the cost of water and drinks at meals because it is a hidden cost. Mr. Elio loves his hotel and is personally involved with his guests.

This year we took the suite for the comfort of the bathroom and I was super satisfied. The restaurant without being too generous is excellent, but unfortunately if you get used to eating there you will hardly find yourself comfortable eating in other places. Everything you need there is , bike , swimming pool , excursions , entertainment , and if something is not there are available to meet your every interest from the Staff to the Owner are all always available. We spent a beautiful holiday with friends in this not very young but definitely well maintained. All rooms are super clean and fragrant from the rooms to the common areas at the spa. The reception was great, friendly and professional at the same time. The meals, abundant and varied, delicious and inviting... you risk going home fattened despite the many walks in the mountains:-) Waitstaff and cleaning very kind and helpful, they made us feel pampered and made the holiday just nice! The location of the hotel is perfect, there is a small car park right in front of the hotel entrance and free bicycles are available. Beautiful Hotel overlooking the Cimon stream a few steps from the center of Fiera di Primiero, a small village in the Dolomites, full of history!
